swimming is great relief for back pain - i have overcame back spasms and disc problems on my own by using muscle relaxers to help inflammation of discs and then recover with bed rest. Swimming is great therapy as it takes all of pain of back injury . Just floating in the water is a game changer. Love you guys ! Praise God.

He has fallen into a lot of sins the last 4years at least and it is all coming to light now, my mom and him have a very similar situation to Phil and Ms.Kays in the movie The Blind, before the happy ending. .
