The company rents them as well as floor mats. I use to worked at a local mall in my area and they used exactly the same type and I worked at 2 different fast food restaurants and they used them also. I used to own a VHS camera similar to that one, if it came with a battery it probably needs to be charged, then to open the VHS compartment there should be a button to press that will slide the compartment open, good luck, love your videos :)
