I'm gonna really miss Sam. They've written her some great and some terrible storylines, but her being a strong woman through it all has always resonated. Even when they made her wimpy at times, you could always count on her tough girl nature to show up at any time. I'm only sorry Spinelli wasn't here to call her "Fair Samantha" one more time. I'll miss those two and their adventures. Thank you, Kelly. The character you brought to life is leaving a deep legacy and will never be forgotten. I hope you get to come back as an angel and bring the two Lilas and Danny with you.

I wouldnt say they are soulmates. Jason didn't even acknowledge her sign or even really show her any emotions over their last few scenes. Even during this one. His words of encouragement seemed to fall flat and were emotionless. Jason has no feelings for Sam anymore and barely even acknowledges or takes pride in the fact that she's one of the mothers of his children.

I’m kind of upset at the negative fans that have spoken so negatively about Sam and the past few years. Like, it’s a tv show. Stop watching, it is not nice to spread negativity about a character, which can lead to unnecessary comments about the actor/actress. people think that the over invested options of fans do not have an effect on a show or a characters fate… I just can’t, like there were so many Sam haters, and now look what happened.
