Awesome podcast and you guys are great people. I love watching you succeed! Brad’s comment hit home with the “if someone else can do it, I can figure it out”. Hope to see you both on a drag and drive in 25.

I really like the guys from Tin Soldier Race Cars. Their shop is just across the river from my Indiana House. I have a second home on Lake Cumberland in Southern Kentucky. I grew up with my dad racing a 55 Chevy Gasser at Edgewater, the National’s in Indy back in the 1970’s. We pulled the race car with a 55 Nomad on a two rail trailer. Mom and dad slept in the back of the Nomad and I was 8 years old sleeping on the bench seat up front. No hotels, No restaurants. We ate Bologna sandwiches 3 meals a day. Dad’s backup motor was in the Nomad. I bought a house in southern Kentucky so I can retire next June and race Bowling Green with Southeast Gasser Association. Plus the tracks in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama. I really like the Nostalgia Drags, but I’m going to build a small tire street car. Sticking to my roots with a two rail trailer. I’m a big believer races are won in the shop, not the car trailer at the track. Great video Cooper. Love to see you have Shawn and Phantom from 187 Customs. He wants to branch out after winning NKP this year. They built a burnout truck and they will be running a Promod this year for a few races. Love to see them on your show. Shawn was with Street Outlaws from the start. Be cool to hear them talk about the early years of the show. I believe they will be at BMP for a Promod race soon.🇺🇸🦅🏁

You know when you buy a car and you hardly see them on the road UNTIL you bought one and then you see them EVERYWHERE! Same with Jesus Christ. I recently came back to The Father and now I am hearing"We came to Jesus' on streams and shorts and the radio and meeting random people EVERYWHERE! Thank You ALL for sharing! Hope to meet ya someday! Another Ohio Gearhead AMEN!!

@jesse9638Күн бұрын
That was rough to watch. Felt so bad. Saw him throw the chute and let off, then get back into it with the chute out and the mustang got around him. It happens.

Wanted to ask this same question. Luckily cooper is humble enough I’m sure most people don’t think he did it in a cocky manner. I didn’t think that at least.

Either an issue we couldn’t see from camera angles or choked. It can happen to the best of us. Sometimes your timing is just…. Off…. For no reason at all. Bad days happen. As James would say. That’s racin.

I'm loving the interview, but if the video and audio ever get out of sync like this again, please consider just showing a static image of the interview rather than showing the out sync video. Not complaining, just a suggestion. It's hard not to look at the screen, and it's kind of frustrating when a static imagine would alleviate that. Love the interview, and I appreciate what you do.

I totally agree with them on figuring out chassis tuning, it’s not hard, it takes critical thinking and practice. Unfortunately I’ve known a lot of racers that can’t think and just react and go turn some knobs and bars. Some of these guys won’t even load the trailer without someone there to hold their hand along the way. I also agree on the sport needs to recognize people, and not just drivers.
