Taylor really miss your drifting videos. It’s like a Full Circle to see you build work on the cars and then get to go and watch you drift them. It kind of sucks that we don’t get to see that anymore.

Yeah I agree, I like the build content but it sucks to not see some sort of payoff especially since Klutch Kickers is gone. If he doesn't want to do full driving videos it would still be nice to at least get a couple clips in the next video, some shorts, or even just B-roll.

Taylor Ray has always been one of the channels I watch. Matt Happel as well. I’m Running a turbo 5.3 Silverado on a stock P01. So his info was super helpful.

For years I always felt bad about not seeing you with cleetus. I have always enjoyed your content. This was worlds crashing together because I absolutely adore Taylor. My biggest gripe with KZbin having been a viewer of content for 15+ years, is the lack of ability to interact with content creators. I basically rarely comment because it all gets lost in the sauce. Your podcasts feels like that interaction (even if it is one way). I really appreciate and respect that. Thank you both for posting stuff that is for you and not necessarily for the sake of being famous. Excellent discussion too.

i came here to listen to Taylor, the 3hrs was a bonus. probably the only person i could just stay tuned to weather its building, drifting, or fixing water lines lol I stumbled onto LZ right as he ran into Taylor.. its crazy how far they got in that time, meanwhile im still just sitting here and nothing changed. i wish i had the save drive and commitment as those 2, my life would be pretty cool and not so lifeless

Seeing you guys happy and enjoying yourselves makes the content exciting for me. I’ll enjoy lawn care, house remodels, and jet boats so long as they bring you happiness.

probably because his content changed a bit due to the sudden disappearance of drift comps and not being able to use the vette. a lot of the amateur comps events he tried to do don't like him bringing the vette so he's had to diversify his content a bit.

On the driving vs building videos, I'm the type of viewer who enjoys driving videos way more than building videos, as I am a driver first. I like to study driving techniques of different drivers, study track layouts and in general the experience of getting through an event or even a test day seems like it's always a more enjoyable video to me.

The algorithm is SO important if you make a living off of KZbin. There are so many high quality content channels that get NO love from KZbin suggestions. "United by Trucks" is such a good channel and he is only getting a fraction of the views vs. his subscriber number. And even though I subbed I rarely get his videos as suggestions 🤷‍♂️

Been waiting for this one. I hated hearing how he doesn't like to travel far for comps cause he doesnt get the views on drifting content.. I get it... it just sucks. I think taylor is a really good drifter. Id love to see him progress in the sport. I don't know why content creators don't get that we will watch anything they do where they are having fun. Taylor loves to build and it shows thats why those videos do better. He's more focused at comps and events and doesn't overtly act like he's having a great time, i think that's why those videos suffer.

Just an idea.. mullet is a big car and turbos spool slowly on that smx. If you go back to the original engine, give it a big 250 or 300 shot of nos just big block. My instructor had a built nova with hos that made 1500, power to weight was the same the car weighed 1500 and made 1500, ran 4 in the quarter and wanted to lift off at the quarter never ran it that far.
