This was a lovely and touching Eulogy and I recall the early days when he was running for President and he would come on stage and say “My name is Jimmy Carter and I am a peanut farmer from Plains ,Georgia. RIP President Carter,you were a caring President! Greetings from Ireland!

Carter's grandson gave a very touching eulogy. I hope they receive strength & comfort from the Lord at this time in their loss. Having said that, his description of Carter's time in Ga's Gov's mansion & the White House was the most extremely generous take on what he did to this country. But perhaps that is what this one day is for. But for those of us who lived thru it, experienced and suffered under it, we cannot forget. I do sincerely pray he is in the LOVING arms of Jesus now.

Dear Jason and all of you from the Carter family, I know I speak for my 90 year old father and of myself in saying what a profoundly beautiful Man President Carter was. My father still says he was one of the greatest Presidents this country has ever seen. Thank you for the gift of him and of your family. Jason - please forgive me - Allow the Spirit to stir your heart to run for the office of President one day. You are strong and I believe you could be another great one. Just sayin... Rest in the arms of your God Mr. President and in the arms of your beautiful wife. I chuckled when he described getting a cell call from his Grandpa on the iPhone--which was new to Jimmy. Jason answered his Pawpaw "Hi Pawpaw how are you what's up.. etc" Carter was perplexed, why had the young man called him? Pawpaw you Called me. .. hilarious anecdote.

Thanks Jason, I looked for the song you mentioned. It’s sung🎤in our church. I’m pleased that you mentioned it. Condolences on your loss. It’s a rough experience there’s no question about it. But, Jimmy is actually soundly asleep 😴in his earthly grave, Jesus Christ said: “We all will fall asleep in death, to us it’s a permanent loss, but for Jesus Christ he has the ability to wake up the dead who are in his name. To him they’re just resting/sleeping very soundly 😴in their earthly graves. But…will eventually be wakened up in Jesus’s timeline. And he does have his very own timeline, nobody can rush this! There’s a “literal resurrection” for those who truly loved Jesus Christ & believed in him deeply & followed him in his footsteps. “Represented him correctly.” But..just relax he’s having a very well deserved sound sleep/very deep rest. There’s no need to worry about this, cause it’s guaranteed I’m coming back for my beloved people. That’s MY AULTIMATE PROMISE TO YOU! 🫵 YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! ♥️✝️🙏
