Heartfelt condolences to the Carter family. It's amazing how God works, the country got a chance to witness his grandson, Jason. Jason's eulogy was heartfelt and sincere. Hopefully, he'll consider following in his grandfather's footsteps and run for president. He would win.

When I look at all the presidents and their family here, somehow I realized the Carter family had zero scandal. From President Carter and Ms. Rosalyn to their kids and on. We cant say the same for the rest. Sorry to be so honest. Respect to President Carter and their family.

@gracefree - Agree. Adding: Also Obamas had no scandal.

Jason, your eulogy was excellent, balanced upon the man, the husband and father as well as his principled works. I remember his stance on public education , practicing what he preached with his youngest in the pubic school system while in office; Making changes to decrease energy consumption, the need to protect forests and reserves. The fact that negative propaganda prevented his home country from acknowledging his works until after Purlitzer, Nobel etc. Jimmy Carter had already received the respect of the international community, In truth there is no doubt of his intellect, integrity, work ethic, with faith, passion and compassion. As was said recently by a family member who is an engineer, "He could see the consequences of action and inaction, what was the right thing to do and explained to the public in the way of an engineer. Truth, factual, without sugar coating or circus side-shows to distract. He utilized his intellect of the engineer applied to the world and took action accordingly always with his faith in which direction to follow. My love and prayers to you all Carter family from a fellow citizen born in the Peach (or peanut) state.

I will never forget him and his wife ° they were down to earth people who believed we were ALL equal and how i wish so many lived as those 2 did ❤ they didn't see color; they didn't judge others based on their tax bracket but again we were and are all EQUAL and should be treated as such 🙏🏼🕊️

That’s a CeCe Winans song. I love that song. The Goodness of God
Got better things to do. It would have been fun to see her give the Karen Pence treatment though.

If so, we all have. Our countries are nearly all producing martial weapons, selling them, too. We, citizens, are paying by our taxes. - But this elogy is fair. The human side of presidency. Carter stayed honest. - We all need forgivness of the Almighty 🙏🏼.
