As an Australian, my tip is LIV is paying Malbon & Jay Day to make him look like a clown to further downgrade the PGAT value proposition...... Its LIV way of getting back at them calling a LIV a circus show. By the way most Australian golfers dress well, Min Woo, Min Jee, and my local club members on the tours Grace Kim and Harrison Endycott. We have over the years had some wild dressers wearing plus fours and other things (Roger Davis) same era as Payne Stewart similarly dressed. Adam Scott has traditionally been considered one of the best dressed on tour, think you are being a bit harsh on him.
