It's some sort of numbers thing that it's more effective to shoot 3's if you're way behind, than score 2's. Thing is, it doesn't work that often but all the teams do it. Lol

Luka is allowed to push off on every play. Its crazy. Its not like a nudge its always blatant push offs but the never call it. But if you breath on him while hes shooting he gets the call. Hes just like James Harden in his prime

Who are you going to replace him with? Shut up with that bullshit. Kidd got them to the Conf Finals & Finals in 2/3 years, that’s great. Boston had the better roster, it’s easy for any Coach to manage that roster. If you wanted Kidd to make in game adjustments every game, that means they were working with the inferior roster…which this proves they were.

Celtics were just more experienced. They tasted Finals in 2022 with a loss to Warriors in 6. As a result, they build mental toughness, got better players. Porzingis and Jrue Holiday was a key piece. If Celtics keep that core next season and stay healthy all season plus only improve, I see the Celtics go 65 wins plus at minimum, 75 wins at max. There is very little weakness I am seeing.

Sefko almost had tbe question but he didn't mention that the run came as soon as he went to the lineup with no center(Maxi is not a center). It was around 2:45 to go in the first and Kidd reverted back to the centerless game that is disastrous every single time. Celticjs immediately got a layup, dunk, couple offensive rebounds, then Mavs turned it over a couple times as the momentum shifted and were down 10 or 11 at the end of the period. All uphill after that. Celtics were probably going to win anyway but Mavs needed to stay connected to have a chance and Kidd stubbornly went back to that Maxi lineup. Gafford played 10 minutes all night.
