Good to see that Marriner's time behind bars helped him reflect on his criminal past, become remorseful and to mature as a person. I see other clips of modern day football fans at the game - mostly full-grown men in their 20's - packed into the stands right next to each other and taunting each other like school children. I wonder at what age do these man-babies grow up and leave their childish things behind. Marriner provides a good example of someone learning from the error of his ways, overcoming his ignorance and growing old gracefully. Kudos.

Ive known jay all his life from the same manner even to know he went through the nelson pub wall when he was 16 but he’s harmless and can assure you i let the manner in 2012 and he’s never had a fight in his life to my knowledge and I knew everyone and I was in Wandsworth in 1998 till 2005-6 and they had TVs in there before 2000 so he can tell a few porkys. I used to live near Wandsworth prison. A couple of times visited on behalf of a charity I worked for. It was a pretty depressing experience, because although the prisoners and the warders all seemed willing to do their best, there just weren’t the resources or the physical space to do much for the prisoners re- habilitation. Jason seems to have adjusted well and has come through it in a better space. I hope he continues to prosper.
