He was decent last week but like always, the judges eventually gush when there is no cause to. In the JIVE, the kicks and flicks are crisp and the foot is POINTED. Go back and watch the dance and you will notice his foot flopping. THE JUDGES HAVE CALLED OTHERS OUT ON THIS on numerous occasions but not him for some reason...

In the celebrities' intro, he had the best '60s vibe of anyone in the entire group, which included the pros. His singing along _really_ adds to his performances. Even in the rumba, where it is something of a convention for men to make contorted faces, his singing along gave his face the emoting or "emoting" that I think is the reason for that convention.

His dances have looked so crisp! Derek was right when he mentioned you as a musician. You know how to feel a beat that has you hitting your moves with perfect timing. It is also awesome to see you making moves as the judges make their comments. You're not just hearing their comments, you're feeling them, too
