I read about the shenanigans during the filming of Cable Hogue in Tucson, Arizona. Besides the documentary, there was a Playboy interview in August of 1972 which was a candid, no holes barred conversation. I did see the 1992 documentary on Turner Classic Movies. Jason Robards read letters and exerts of a biography on his life and times, the 1972 Playboy and Rolling Stone Interviews. The Playboy was in August and Rolling Stone in October 1972.

I think the reference to the 'Sam Peckinpah' grave was in 'My Name Is Nobody' though (unless it was also in 'Duck You sucker' aka 'Fistful of Dynamite'...)

I always wondered if Peckinpah and Leone ever actually met, but I figured they'd probably would of been friends, only to hear Peckinpah was more interested in a girl than Leone. WTF?????
