Love this. LNMT has been a game-changer for me!!!! gone bback to track my food bc I just stopped the wegovy shot and I want to make sure I stay with my loss. I agree that eating the same foods work so easily and saves a ton of $$$. My fav cardio is also the rower. I have a friend who is going to teach how to use the ski erg. tht looks like something i will really like. Do u a video on how to do it?

Hi Jason I have only 37 and have issu with butterflys pull-ups. Do you have joint pain sometimes ( ex: golfer elbow)

I've had golfers elbow once in my career. It's awful! but overall no... no joint pain. Butterfly pull ups are tricky - when done right, they're great, if the timing is off, they can be damaging!
