The Republic of China began with an anti-communist pogrom led by the ruling party, the Kuomintang. zh.wikipedia.org/zh-cn/%E5%8F%8D%E5%85%B1%E5%A4%A7%E5%B1%A0%E6%9D%80 After the founding of the People's Republic of China, all the anti-human war criminals of the Kuomintang fled to Taiwan Province of China, where they were sheltered by the U.S. government. In order for the KMT to forget its own sins, it has been denigrating the People's Republic of China every day, with the obvious intention of selling it to the US government in exchange for a better life for the KMT.

The same goes for Russia. When you watch Travelling with Russell (who lives there), it’s like another world. The Russian metro takes second place in the “world’s finest”, after the Chinese metro. In the US, they’re not afraid of being attacked, so there’s no reason to spend money to better “the underground”. Also, it’s privately owned. It works, it brings money, why bother. I could use it if it wasn’t for the smell. Also, I’ve noticed, the Chinese stare at the camera man unlike the Russians, who sometimes stare but not that much.
@stanzhang2637 Жыл бұрын
@@MClark-kf9wq Because in the past few years, there have been many Western journalists with ill intentions filming in China and setting verbal traps during interviews with passersby (such as the BBC), many Chinese people tend to instinctively be cautious when they see a foreign face holding a camera, unless the foreigner shows friendliness. Western media never shows what China truly is like. I am an ethnic Chinese living in a small country in the South Pacific where I was born and raised, and where the indigenous people are of African descent. I thought that China and Africa were backward countries because of what I saw in old Chinese Kung fu movies and Hollywood movies of Africa. I thought that there were no cars or trains in China or in Africa. I thought the only means of transportation in China were either by horses, carts or caravans. Likewise I thought that the people in Africa only used horses or camels as a means of transportation. It was not until about three years ago when I realised that China and Africa were not backward countries as I originally thought. That was when I first began watching videos of China and Africa on youtube. It was through KZbin that I got to know a lot of things I never knew of. @DhanobanDas-wd6wywe don't care about Yt. Google quit China itself, because it refused to obey the security regulations in China, while Apple obey, so there is no any problem for Apple to do their business in China. BTW, the American government imposed the same kind of regulation, actually much more stronger and even exaggerated, to Chinese companies like TikTok for their business in the US. If you don't know the whole story just repeating "no freedom" shit propaganda produced by your media that are trying their best against China, you a just a common inexperienced westerner, If you know the whole story, and continue to spread this shit, you are insane

China is streets ahead of USA in trains, roads, buildings and many others. Put any two pictures side by side on anything comparable, it would be very easy to pick which is in China or USA.

Setting the great differences in technology and infrastructure between China and the West aside ...... the Chinese seem to have a much much greater sense of civic responsibilities and much much better individual behavior in public. The latter is obvious and striking in your videos versus the "bad" that is seen everywhere in the Western cities (drugs addicts, homelessness, filth in public places). Do you see this difference everywhere in China?

Not saying that the west isn't taught properly, but most of the Chinese generations have been taught civic responsibilities at a young age because if your kid doesn't understand 《society rules》or the civic responsibilities, the parents would be shamed on and laughed at, so it's a must in every household family
