Well explain thank you for bringing up this video. Fin education is indeed required for more than 80% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. The value of the US 🇺🇸 dollar is declining due to inflation, but it is increasing in comparison to other currencies and commodities such as gold and real estate. I’m worried that rising inflation will cause my 550k in my retirement funds to lose value, But with the help of Patricia Vesely I hit 220k this week from my investment of 45k, I am truly grateful for all the knowledge and nuggets you have given me over the past few months.

At Miami Beach.. ??? Where’s the Beach 🏖️ ? Also there’s a lot of condensation on the Front door and window pains, On a Building of that cost i would want a solid Front door for security with a eye peep hole not full glass that can be smashed, to gain Entry.

Hey Jason. More bathrooms than bedrooms 🙌🏼. Can’t lose. Relaxed seating by the kitchen or by the bar 🍹🍺🍸🥃🧊🍷where I’ll be 😂. Lovely 1/2 bath. Workout 🏋️‍♀️ room, sauna , cold plunge followed by a swim 🏊🏼‍♀️ and jacuzzi soak. Dock. Dining. No outdoor kitchen? 3 guest bedrooms on the 1st floor. Did I miss a 1st floor laundry 🧺? Cool 😎 laundry upstairs. Wow. The primary en-suite is lovely. Bilateral shower heads with mud tub. Closets x 2. Figuring automatic shades/blinds in the primary? Nice home. Thanks for the tour 🤗

Esta mansion calidad precio no corresponde .no tiene pisos marmol o porcela ninguno .Tiene madera de ing. pisos ,no tiene partes de onix ni cuarzo la cocina ni baños, no tiene escaleras con herrajes y cristale veo tubos. no tiene elevador de clase ni vidrio .Sauna mala calidad de muebles de madera y chico local,baños sin doble lavavo chicos y herrajes q no son de 1ra calidad sin duchas de cascada ,no tiene cristales blindados para vientos y parasol ,hinodoros no separados ni toto automaticos. los techos son de cemento todos sin adornos de madera u otroPara nosotros tiene un precio super elevado,disculpe es mi criterio no creo que quien sepa de arquitectura pague 32 mmillones

I guess i rather spend my 32 mill USD on a 30 000 sqft manison in Texas. Ohh i bet ican get that manison for much less than 32.. So what i say is that this home is not worth tht much. I would go for between 6 and 8 mill
