You should give a tour of the penthouse at the ‘Icon Condominium’ at 450 Alton Rd in South of Fifth. Pretty sure it recently hit the market. Absolutely crazy spot, it’s got 360 views of the bay, downtown, Brickell & South/Mid Beach + a roof terrace spanning the buildings roof.
