You're talking about having 25 million left over after attaining the same thing eventually. Go further south to the more tropical warm regions of Texas and its 10x cheaper STILL. It's not like you're in the middle of nowhere either. You got the ocean, pro sports, collegiate sports, EVERYTHING, as well.

I have a Louis XIII bottle, empty though. And a Remy XO with cognac from WW2. I don't care for cognac but it's a nice looking bottle and it was used in the movie Cocktail with Tom Cruise where he blew all his money on the stock market. Standard size is a 4000$ bottle today. You can get a miniature bottle for 'only' 800$. All pretentious, still the same wooden taste and I don't suck on wood. Decent house. Slightly expensive. I know prices get crazy close to Miami but 50 still seems significantly above market level. 20 might be more realistic.
