This tour was well worth the wait. I love the unusual decor. It must be quite an experience being there. I have to admit I drooled when I saw the main walk-in closet. It's one of the best ones I've seen. The glamourous kitchen also stood out and the lakeside outdoors is surreal. I think South Florida, wins out against LA on this occasion.

This was a really great tour as always. I really like this house & it seems so much larger than the square footage. They utilized the space very well. I saw a tour earlier today of a home in Marbella, Spain that had over 400sqft more living space, but seemed to be 2/3 smaller than this home at least. The master bedroom was basically the same size as the other bedrooms & the master bath wasn't even big enough to put in a tub, even tho it was 1 of only 2 rooms on the top floor. So the architect, developer & designers did a great job with the floor plan & dimensions of this home. It's also a really good price for the size of the home & the fact that it overlooks the water. This house would probably cost $20mil in Cali. I was really impressed. Great job as always Jason

For 9 million dollars you can get a about 10 of these exact homes somewhere else, it’s this price because of the location I saw nothing spectacular as I’ve lived in this area for a while and this seems basic but 15 acres is some good space for the area.

Another wonderful property Jason. I’ve noticed this before but in all the upper end real estate videos I’ve seen I don’t believe I’ve ever seen any exact overhead light fixtures that were the same. I guess there is a never ending inventory of unique light fixtures out there.

The design is flexible. The downstairs suite with the two closets could become a full guest suite with kitchenette for the MIL. The kitchenette upstairs is a great feature. The upstairs office could become the master bed, the game room could be a theater. The finishes and furniture make the home look dated and weird, but that's all easily changed.

There's only 1 thing I don't understand about how the people living there when you filmed this; why in the world would you put any kind of exercise equipment in that beautiful bedroom? Hey Jason. Wow. This property looks fantastic. I’m a chicken. Too close to the water re: 🐊?? The view on entry 🙌🏼. Wonderful natural light. Love the kitchen and contrasting cabinetry and waterfall island. Now this is a walk-in pantry. Great laundry room. Sink/cabinetry/counter and shelves. Oh. First floor primary. Amazing closet/dressing room with window. The en-suite her side 🙌🏼. His closet and en-suite. Nice can exit to the pool. Covered lanai. Dining/lounging/grill. Love it is fenced in. Unique lighting. Massive 1st guest bedroom and an amazing balcony. OMG. Love the kitchenette. Yesss. 2nd laundry upstairs. Jason. I think these are the largest guest rooms you’ve shown. Wow.
