My heart goes out to everyone in need of this meditation. A positive thought I always try to remember during hard times, is that everything always turns out okay in the end. It might take time, and the solution isn't always what you expect. But please know that times always get better. And in the end, you will look back to this time and be happier and wiser. Peace and love to you all

I must express my gratitude. This video has saved my life. I was diagnosed with severe panic disorder and agorophobia, due to panic attacks that would last for days on end. Heart palpitations, tight chest, dizziness, light headedness, numb extremeties, shakiness, headache, random pains all over body, neck muscle spasms, all from severe anxiety. I was perscribed an equivilent to Prozak, which I refused to take. I decided to give meditation a try, and it was this video I found to guide me through my first experience. I have been in a completely different headspace ever since, and now I use this every night to keep my mind in check. I legitimately am not able to thank you enough sir.

The last three of four days, I haven't been feeling well. There's a heaviness in my chest, my back hurts and even though I know what's bothering me, even when I write about it it doesn't go away. So, I didn't really know what it was until now. You helped me take a deep, whole breath in days. When you said that I'm leaving all my worries, doubts and regrets behind, I teared up. I've been holding all this tension in my body, inside of me for no apparent reason and it felt so good to release it in some way. That's why I came here. Now, I breathe easier and I definitely feel a lot better. Thank you so much! Blessings your way, always.

KawaiiSugar Anxiety isn't satan or evil; it just is. It's just there. Don't give it any more power by attributing more importance to it than it's worth. You are not your anxiety. Anxiety is temporary and can be managed and overcome. I will pray for you, sweet one, with waves of light to you from the Love of the Universe. 😌🙏❣️ Keep up meditating to get better, and look into therapy and even medication if you really need help. To relieve the symptoms, you can come into the now... and focus on a subject or issue other than your anxiety.. like, really focus..its hard work.. it takes time and effort, but , in the end, this is what gets you through !:) peace , light and happiness to you ! Blacktop Nomad it is normal... and it is very frightening.. I suffered panic attacks for many years, I also know, that eventually they do go away. You must take rest, and find positive activities at these times, little things, like looking at the birds, or flowers, and staying in the moment, and not thinking about the future or worries... All of those things, are very difficult when you are in a state of anxiety , I know.. , As Mary says, Louise hay, and other positive therapies and speakers, are all well worth investing in as well:) Have faith, that this will eventually subside, and that , yes you are normal, !wishing you the best...

I've been so overwhelmed with severe anxiety and when you said that they were so small in time and space I burst into tears because it's so true. Rather than finding a trance in the this I cried and nodded as I listened because I've realized now how insufficient my anxieties are in the Grand picture. This was a beautifully moving experience. I was in an extremely stressful situation two months ago, which caused me to get sick and my stomach partially paralyzed itself. I was nauseated all the time (I am emetophobic so I stressed more than I should have about this), so I went to a gastroenterologist. I started to feel better after a week of daily meditation (8 weeks in), but went ahead with the endoscopy. Results were completely normal... so I knew this was anxiety-based. Not to mention I had a panic attack right before the anesthesia kicked in. I have been nauseated since then, but this video helped me calm down! Will do this every day to heal. Thank you so much.

I've been doing meditation since 2014 to ease inner tension and negativity. Currently, I'm undergoing anxiety and searching for a very powerful remedy for this. I've found this guided meditation and mixed it with my existing meditation practice, the result is very good and definitely great in the future. Thank you for sharing and creating this kind of guided meditation, it's very helpful and powerful. Nothing is far more greater healing than the human mind set. God Bless you! May the inner peace conquer our mind. Life is Great From PH with much respect, -Elmer-

I have mood shift disorder (not bipolar) and this helps me when I feel the tension building in my chest and begin to become angry. It’s nice just to release all that and float for a while. I return a happier family member and pleasant to be around.

I don't have issues with insomnia but I often go to sleep with your meditations. Highly recommend them for any time of day, particularly when needing to chill.

I have gotten away from daily meditations, my self-care. Within the first 5 minutes I was totally relaxed and tension free. I have done Jason’s meditations for a few years now, and find them very beneficial. I actually teach meditation and mindfulness to my clients in the mental health field, and have loosely based a couple of them on some of his. I have recommended his meditations on youtube to many people. Thank you Jason.

I had a anxiety attack early one morning from something that happened back in 2009 and all the stress I have been dealing with. Trying to please everyone. Found this video and it really helped. I feel fresh will use this video alot more when I'm stressed or have anxiety from here on out. I deal with stress on a daily basis. I'm 28 years old with a long happy life ahead of me and I'm glad I can now deal with my anxiety instead of hiding it.

This deserves a sub, a like and a favorite! This is so good you might have to start charging for these videos! I feel so stimulated and relaxed. For a near second I had to open my eyes to make sure I wasn't really floating! Thank you very much. You positively change a lot of people's days and lives with this video! Brought tears of joy to everyone's face. Anxiety and stress can make you feel worthless. But this video makes your life feel complete and understandable. It's battling in that war and winning. It's the end of a mile run in perfect time. It's the day you graduate. That's what this video feels like. I will return to this video every time I feel stressed or scared about my health. I am going to be fine.
