I listen to this every day; Ho oponopono has helped me release subconscious programming regarding my mother who at age 92 has had to move in with me; after taking responsibility for my feelings toward her that were creating a lot of conflict and releasing with this mantra we are getting along famously. Thank you!

You are a great man for acknowledging, I respect you and honor for that. Not too many people would do that, in being honest. What you are doing in releasing what you been through, you are helping humanity and you are part of healing the universe, I thank you for that!!

I saw a Hawaiian play yesterday where an embattled Hawaiian family achieved reconciliation through Ho'oponopono. Then, today, I was sent this video. #synchronicity Mahalo for the adding the theta binaurals and helping to spread Ho'oponopono to those of us that need it Jason!

I’m going to practice this lovely mantra every day. I’m needing healing. I get headaches every day and body aches. Causing me to have sleepless nights and feeling ill. I’m having a hard time forgiving my ex that betrayed me with his ex in the past. We were engaged in January. And after the break up his past ex asked him to marry her in March. Both married each other. After the marriage he called me a few times wanted to come back to me. He said all was bad. I will not got back with him. I want both of us to move on in peace. Love and Light

My friend just told me about this meditation and im loving it. I've been depressed, in bad relationship and negative with everyone and everything but now I can say I love all my friends who stood by me no matter what, sorry for those I hurt,please forgive me for those I didn't listen and thank you to every one who took part in my life over the years to try and help.

Love this mantra ... so healing and really makes me ask forgiveness from my loved ones who I have hurt in the name of love. I wanna forgive myself too which is the most difficult.
@GiaS77710 жыл бұрын
What you are doing is letting go of false beliefs (anger,sadness,frustration and so forth) and allowing the light of the divine to then guide you. You are already one with it. But by letting go, you allow what you need to come into your life, by aligning with your divinity. Which means, that even if you are pregnant, a minor, wear a pacemaker or suffer from epililepsy or driving a car, it works for you too! I love you, Im sorry, please forgive me, thank you! You change your vibration (the inner) to change the reflection (the outside). Peace.

This is beautiful, and I have incorporated it into my daily yoga/meditation practice. I live and work in China, which can be very challenging at times on an energetic level. I love and miss Hawaii all the time (having lived there 1/2 my life). It is always home in my heart. This will help me to maintain and keep the spirit of the islands alive inside of me wherever I am. Thank you and Namaste.

Hi Lena Malday, crying during meditation may indicate, within our body, mind, or spirit we have emotion waiting for an opportunity to be released. Meditation provides the space and opportunity for that release. It's lovely to know this meditation was so meaningful for you. Much love.

"I appreciate you" "My sincere apologies" "I ask for your forgiveness" "Thank You" We don't know what "love" actually is. "Sorry" = you are sorry. Don't be sorry, stop saying sorry. Instead Try to Apologize. For them to forgive you is half but you must to be able to Forgive yourself also.
