Good to see some new reviews Jason. This is nice, I have the Mission to Uranus PD with this movement and it's very reliable and nice and clicky. I never worry about lume on chronographs so much. My more expensive Orient Panda hasn't great lume either. It does survive for long enough but the skinny hands and small lume pips doesn't take much lume anyway. And my PD Moonwatch lume lasts just as long, maybe they were more generous on my watch. Lol. If I didn't already have the same style panda I'd definitely go for this. It's a great value piece and it looks good. Excellent review as always. 👍👍

Thanks, Brian. More to come very soon, back into the usual flow! I get that, honestly not the biggest deal for myself. However, make and break for others no matter the watch. Strange the indicies seem so much better on this one

That is great looking alternative to the Daytona, the Panda looks brilliant

Great looking addition to them too 😉😂

Good looking watch. I’d prefer it without the brand name on the dial, just the logo would be better.
@JasonTheWatchGuy Жыл бұрын
Hit and miss that one, some people prefer it and others can't stand it. Funny how that works
@wintermute8315 Жыл бұрын
Agreed, prefer when they just put the shield
@UltraLab157 Жыл бұрын
Nice review mate. I agree about the unnecessary text on the dial and the poor lume on the hands. Apart from that it's great for the money.

Fantastic for the price but need to be aware of those drawbacks

What’s your wrist size? Fantastic watch but doesn’t suite the thin wrists like me. I tried the prx 40 mm and fits big

got mine for 26 quid... stonking watch especially at this price - totally ok to forgive its shortcomings, which, actually don't cause much grief even at the worst of times.

Fantastic watch, solid movement....must agree I'd rather they used the correct one however a ghost date is better than them squeezing a date window in....overall a winner and I can see these going by the bucket load in the next sale.... personally I'd go for the auto but that's because its basic which I prefer....🏴⌚🏴⌚
@JasonTheWatchGuy Жыл бұрын
I agree, I'd go with the automatic over this one. Definitely would make an ideal pick up and go. Overall its definitely a lovely addition to their line! Thanks for stopping by pal

hi Jason, do you still have the mathey tissot explorer homage? Is everything ok with the watch? I saw your review and I loved it, it would be my first swiss made watch, but I'm also looking the Khaki field watches from hamilton.
@JasonTheWatchGuy Жыл бұрын
I do still have it in my collection! Still really enjoy it. In fairness they are two completely different routes so I guess it comes down to which style you prefer

Is the Pagani Design bracelet interchangeable with original PRX bracelet?
@stephenkeppie1308 Жыл бұрын
Really want to know this too! I want to change up to a rubber strap. Please let me know if you find out!
@JasonTheWatchGuy Жыл бұрын
Not sure on that, there are some bands available for this on aliexpress now though!
@nextonthewrist Жыл бұрын
For the money they charge it's hard to get too upset about a ghost date even if it irks some people... nice review, cheers 🙂🍻
@JasonTheWatchGuy Жыл бұрын
I agree, think it's a rather small compromise for the quality
@dunderhay9169 Жыл бұрын
Good review, this style of watch really needs an excellent bracelet and some form of adjustment otherwise the fit is a lottery and the design is ruined by swapping to a strap (if that is possible). Good value but not for me.
@JasonTheWatchGuy Жыл бұрын
Absolutely fair points! I believe there's probably bands out there to fit but I'm a bracelet man myself

I find the name "Pagani Design" funny. "Pagani" means "pagans" in Italian. The term "pagan" has meanings identical to those of "heathen", which has been used in ancient and medieval times pejoratively for someone who is polytheistic, savage and not cultured. The watches from "Pagani Design" are just that, an uncultivated design steal. Chinese manufacturers don't seem to take themselves too seriously.😄
@chrispekel5709 Жыл бұрын
Well, the Pagani Speedmaster moon watch homage (copy) has a model number 1701. This is the same registary number for the original Enterprise in Star Trek. Not sure if they do things with coincidence or there is someone with humour there
@elefant5772 Жыл бұрын
@@chrispekel5709 That was definitely no coincidence. Live long and Prosper!🖖
