I love the theme song !! This home is jaw dropping,! I would keep the bathroom door closed it it's nice as when guest come , someone always needs to freshen up. You can say "put your coat in the sitting room and the bathroom is right there."

Love, love, love it!! Huge! Too big for us in our elderly years. I could see my son or daughter with their young families living here. I love the raised sinks as well. My son is now redoing their home. My daughter in-law wants two dishwashers. They always have guests and with the young children, I agree! I’ve been there emptying and reloading the dishwasher. The butler’s pantry is over the top!

I love the idea of the sink in a different room, that way when you have a party, all the dirty dishes can go in there til they are washed later. No mess in the kitchen! Love it!

This home design is one of my top favorites. I love that the master is on the ground floor and both sitting areas. The fact that there is a semi wall when you first walk in pleases me since I am a wall person. This design is actually wall forgiving. I love it.

I would definitely want the upstairs bonus room area to have a wall into the great room - one, for noise, you have friends over and send the kids upstairs to play games and downstairs, you can't hear your own conversation! Secondly, and Most important, the couch against the short wall, if the kids or a toddler get a little rowdy, it would be a tragedy if somebody went over the top. So, two Major points for closing the wall in, up to the stairs. Any laundry that size should have some type of sink, either for the mop, or washing out stains prior to washing, so you don't have to drip from another room. Thank you Timothy and Jen!

I LOVE this Carolina version of the decor and the Olivia model it's in! Love that the kids pretty much have their own entire floor, and that each bedroom has its own vanity- very clever layout for that Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Thanks for showing all these dreamy homes!

This is definitely my dream home!! I absolutely love the gold handles and kitchen fixtures with the dark blue cabinets. Additionally, I love the vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and large fireplace. This home is amazing and I imagine quite pricey.

You are too young to have trouble thinking of the right words, it gets worse as you get older. And “Hidey Doors” are really Pocket Doors & I love them, would have them all over a house if I could afford. I loved the house, don’t remember name, hey I’m 65 so I’m old, but it was the one with the finished basement instead of the upstairs. I would have a Game Room with Pool Table, Big Screen TV with Theater Seats, Two Bedrooms & a Full Lg. Bathroom with Lg. Tile Shower No Soaker Tub. Love these tours, all of them, Sight Built, Modular, Or Multi-Section Manufactured. My favorite Manufactured is any Deer Valley Home, wish you would actually do more of those, they do Modular too. I also wish you would venture further South like Tn., Al.,& Ms. Love your tours. Oh and Congratulations on yours & Jen’s Baby, he will change your life in so many ways, take time to enjoy them all, they will go by so fast. 😊🙏🏻

nice home, too nice for me lol. the only thing I did not like was the master bath have the tile alllll around it but I know that could be changed. Oh, and two dishwashers? no, I would opt for a trash compactor instead 🤣

This house just became one of my favorites. I'd make a few adjustments like one more oven instead of the doors beneath the stove, but aside from that, it's pretty perfect. With glass doors closing off the office, that would be mine for sure. Is it possible to have a basement with this Carolina home? Thanks for the lovely way in which you help us tour this house.

Me and my husband love it. Only changes we would make is to add a extra bedroom downstairs on the opposite side of the master bedroom cause my Mama is old and can walked upstairs liked that. Probably change the room with the extra dishwasher and sink out. But other than that Nice. Unfortunately, it cost over$400,000.

I’m all about storage spaces closed behind doors so the open spaces stay clear of clutter…. So I would opt for no window in the food pantry and have extra shelves in there for max storage and have a pocket door to close it up. I would walk off the office/sitting room and have French doors on the other side to still let in some light, and finally, I would close off the loft wall and and a door to and the bonus room have it’s own space… plus if you put a closet in there it makes it a 4 bedroom house. Other than that… it’s gorgeous.

Really great home design for 99%....it is always an afterthought....but make it easier to turn the water on and off for the master shower....and also, where are the towel racks going to go for the shower!!!

My problem with the master bathroom was the narrow space between the back of the tub and the exterior glass shower enclosure wall facing it. Splashes from the tub are inevitable, so cleaning that glass and floor around the pedestal supply faucet would really be a pain.

The butler's pantry would be ideal with a second fridge/freezer, but I don't care for the second dishwasher/sink in that area. I'd prefer more shelving.

Yeah, I don't have a butler, so I don't see much advantage to a "butler's pantry". Fridge/freezer and shelving would be a good addition. A good storage for cleaning supplies and equipment. Laundry could also be moved to this area to remove it from the "mud room" where you enter from the garage.
