I love how the arches were carried throughout the home along with the stone work! I love the decor. I was surprised too that there wasn't a pantry. I like the family room off the kitchen too. Lovely home!

Gorgeous home!! The only things I think I would change is I'd want hard floors throughout. I have that now and its nice to not worry about where the dog or cats decide to throw up! I'd also want tile and glass doors in all the bathroom showers. And last I'd want a finished basement with a sewing room, small snack kitchen, large pantry for the canning jars and freezer etc. and a wood turning shop for my husband. Plus a growing room to start the plants for my large vegetable garden. Yes, truly, vegetables! Lol! Anyway that would be my fantasy home!

I have fallen in love with these homes. The quality of design and components appear to be top notch. I appreciate the full wall tiling of the master bath showers. With this particular model I really like the partial paneling in the flex room. I also appreciate the patio design since I would want the motorized screens to keep insects out but still have the option to open it up. My only criticism would be the lack of a pantry for the size of this house. I will want a space for a freezer. Perhaps the master closets could be a tad bit larger. I would like to have a washer/dryer in the master. One final option would be a dog wash. I just 2 small dogs so a counter height doggie shower would be appreciated.

Wow!! I thought that bathroom was going to be the best part... no. That stove!! Sooo pretty! I don't even like a dark kitchen, but I'd get over it. 😄 Who needs a pantry closet when you have so much space in the kitchen? Do you need that many cans of corn? No. No you don't. The house is very traditional, the arches way so nice and stonework. The kitchen wow! I really love this house. They should of have kept the same color throughout the house. the second-floor jack and jill bathroom could have been better.

The house is lovely, quite spacious and well decorated. However, just a few observations: for the size of the kitchen, it should give room for a larger refrigerator. There's also enough room for a larger island. Master bedroom closets could be larger as well, or just build one huge closet.

What I loved about this home is the kitchen cabinets going all the way to the ceiling so no dust gets on the top. What I did not like is where the dining area is located also need a bigger laundry room to hold 2 freezers but all in all it is beautiful.

Breath taking and I understand it is hard to keep your composure when you are at awe from all of the elegance and massive beauty...In the bathrooms personally would want to have shower head pull outs...much easier to wash and rinse your lower half! Omg the decor and colors they chose...bravo to the designers...yes stunning is a great word for it all...The seperate master is just what I love...and giant bathtubs...ahh light the candles at night and turn on the hot water for a bubble bath...it is all so fancy you would expect a fireplace in the bathroom too...! A walk in pantry to hold my giant appliances is what I need!

Women need hand sprayers in the bathroom. It’s nice to just rinse off after a bath, and sometimes we just want to shave our legs quickly without getting our hair wet. This is the first dark cabinet kitchen you’ve shown that I actually like. I wouldn’t want the island at that angle though.

Oh my goodness I am in love! I thought the last one you showed from this location was perfect. Then you go and show us this one! Even the view from the back porch is nice! There is sooo much that I can picture in this one. As I said with thr last home if you can see it with YOUR OWN furniture (Although they stage them so well and I would LOVE some of the furniture in the dining room stuff in this one) it's the end of January 2022 and I was picturing multiple Christmas trees around this home. And not just my stuff and my decorating but my family celebrating Christmas together. It's been way too long since everyone has been together because of Covid. The last holiday spent with my husband, all our grown kids and THEIR families and or significant others was Christmas of 2019! We got together for my grandson's birthday in March of 2020 but then of course we entered as I call it "the age of pandemic" or "the age of Corona". I don't know about everyone in other parts of the country or other countries but here in Oregon we just hit an sll time high month last month so it feels never ending. We have lost dear friends and family so the idea of spending special times where we are all together just makes me feel amazing. I can picture it in this home. My daughters (4) and I all in the kitchen cooking together. It's large enough that we wouldn't get in eachother's way while being laid out really well.. I love the island. I think the kitchen should be the center if the home. This home makes that a vision. I can hear us all chatting and then it just spreads out perfectly for other activities with gre6flow between them. This is my dream home I think... I love all the wood and brick! B E A U T I F U L!

Ok Timothy I'm glad you enjoyed the tour through my home I was very happy to share it with you and all your viewers. I will be making a few minor changes or adjustments such as a traditional fireplace in the living room and a French door fridge with bottom freezer and have the closet doors open out so you have unencumbered access TO all closet space. But the rest is Just perfect!!!💜💜💜love the beautiful flooring and will be carrying that through to the master bedroom and the wood type and tone💜💜💜loved the warm colors. The look of the home's exterior is so beautiful and truly stunning looking and that stunning look continues as you open the door to a truly stunning beautiful perfect home and I must say that rear off set family room as it is is perfect in every way right down to the raised windows where I can place my upright grand piano right between them as a perfect spot in the family room. Just picture that fire burning in the fireplace and the Christmas tree sitting beside it and the snow falling but you still have that exquisite covered central patio that will be available for use year round protected from the wind, rain & snow. So I think this is the one you can say IS MINE💜💜💜THIS IS THE BEST ONE OF ANY HOME YOU HAVE TOURED AND HAS NO RIVALS IN MY OPINION. thanks for finding it for me this home is almost move in ready.I can see this here on a beautiful piece of property here in Colorado amongst the pines and aspens.

This is a beautiful home. However, the two story great room with the "cat walk" allows for sound to bleed into the second floor bedrooms. I have a similar layout and wish I had a lower ceiling.

Very big luxury home and it has a nice layout however, I would’ve loved to seen a large pantry. I’m also a fan of basements. They will allow you to do so many different things within your home. Love the idea of the stone everywhere. It would’ve been nice if they used real stone however, not the biggest fan of fake material. It’s the same with vinyl siding I would much rather have real wood. I realize your home needs to be treated as we’re vinyl you can just leave it and walk away but I am a big fan of real and not fake.

OK so I took a look at this home and the only issue I had with it was on the first floor shower that the water Spicket to the tub was in the wrong spot it should be in the back or how else do you not get into the tub the other situation was in the shower the showerhead was in the wrong spot should been on the longer end but other then that it wasn’t bad?

They have alk of that gorgeous house with beautiful craftmanshiip and they go cheap with the wire racks in a walk in closet...ugh... I just do not get it..whomever came up with those darn wire racks just chaps my hide...all of the woodwork, crown molding, pendant lights etc...why ruin it with going cheap? Oh well if and when it is mine I would have to build real shelves huh...thank you for sharing your passion for beauty...!

Looks grand, but... Such a huge place and just one Coat Closet and that is by the Garage. There is a Foyer Coat Closet in the plans but not in the toured version. Where do all the people in a huge place hang up their coats and jackets? Perhaps the Flex Room or Dining Room (close it off) could be a huge place for visitors to hang their coats, sit and put on supplied slippers. That huge stone wall in the Great Room and a wimpy fireplace. Actually, myself I'm over having a fireplace, been there and done that. The Master, Master Bath and Closets need to be changed. Sound proof that Great Room and Master shared wall. I always say no closet entry from the bathroom, shoot this one you have to hike through the bathroom to get to a closet. I don't personally like that island. Lots of wasted space. Also I'd ather not have an appliance in the island. Guess it is just not for me.

While this house did have a magnificent kitchen with loads of cabinets, I would have expected a walk-in pantry in a house of this size. And it was very disappointing to see cheap wire shelves in the master closets. Nice to see a hearth room.

I live in Washington State but I am hoping to retire to West Virginia. I have been watching all your videos on Schumacher Homes because they build in West Virginia. I don't know if it's a West Coast vs East Coast thing or what but if Schumacher homes are as premium as some of them appear to be, what is the deal with the Lazy Susan instead of a Super Susan? I can't even imagine going back to a Lazy Susan. When I get a chance to visit Schumacher, I will be asking this very question. Until then, thank you Tim for the fantastic videos.

@@TimothyPLivingston Instead of a 90 degree corner door that open to a flimsy plastic turntable with a V-notch cutout, a Super Susan has a 45 degree angled corner with a single door. Inside of the door are sturdy fully round shelves mounted with roller bearings. The shelves are wood, do not lose area for a notch and rotate smoothly and quietly. Additionally, the shelves are height adjustable.
