I ride these e-scooters. And yes 100% should never have a baby or 2nd passenger on the scooter. They are easy to crash, I’ve crashed 3x when things stop your small wheels. Also they are very slippery on tiles.

I honestly think it has alot to do with the trucking company that they work for because the drivers I know want LE to be able to stop people from driving like that endangering lives of others but if my husband otr driver, or stepson local log hauler is involved in any accident they can lose their jobs even if it isn't their fault thankfully both are accident free but my brother in law as an owner op he doesn't have to worry. I know if LE ask for assistance from truckers then that would also be looked at different by the trucking company
