What she did was raising that baby as her own without knowing what she was getting herself into. Yes, Gemma was the start of it because she went after Zobelle's daughter. I'll give you that. It's simply that if Jax had told Tara to fuck off then everything wouldn't have snowballed. My thing is Jax is a decent enough leader but his taste in women does get the rest of the club in a great deal of shit. Dudes who don't have women problems are more reliable leaders.

In this whole story line...none of the Sons go to jail as innocents. Gemma does stupid stuff that sets up problems..e.g. telling Clay about the manuscript and the letters, and they all lie and keep secrets. Tara went to the prison as an MD, got Otto to trash RICO, and ended up threatened with conspiracy to commit murder, a crime she had no knowledge of..but she took that on FOR THE CLUB..Jax was working on a deal for her, it never came about, she went to jail, he, knowing Mom (Gemma) is porking the pimp and not taking care of the kids, tears up what Tara put together for the kids if she ended up in jail and then porked the whore while Tara was being arraigned...and ya'll still think Tara is the bad guy here? WTF!
