It's a good thing you acknowledged that some women can be really strong without being ripped, and brought Erza and Tifa up as examples because while I DEFINITELY agree that ripped women are sexy as long as they still actually look like WOMEN, I can think of TWO other female anime characters who have some well developed muscles, even if you don't normally see them; Ryūko Matoi and Satsuki Kiryūin from Kill la Kill (which I TOTALLY recommend by the way). Ryūko's a total badass in a very REAL feeling way, and Satsuki's resolve to do whatever it takes to save humanity from the threat of the Life Fibres is ADMIRABLE, even if she doesn't start out going about it the best way possible; and while they look like your average thin anime girls MOST of the time, there's actually a scene in the Kill la Kill manga that shows that they actually have some very well developed muscles by having them stand in a position in which we actually see some very chiseled abs that we don't normally see. I'd LOVE it if their muscles were visible all the time yes, but they DO actually have some well developed muscles regardless, and I'm GLAD to know that.

I just knew you were going to add Mikasa on the list bc why else did you create a workout routine based on her? She is A Queen. Also, the way MAPPA designed her is amazing! I didn't like the negativity that was being posted about her and such, even my girlfriends could agree that Mikasa looked beautiful. She looked realistic and everything, like she reminded me of Casca from Berserk. And I am so glad you added Maki Oze to the list bc she is my girl! I can relate to her as a woman who is very self-conscious of her appearance despite the positive feedback she gets from her crew and she is just gorgeous! If I had enough time in the world, if I prioritized myself better than I have been, and I am still working at that, I would want to be as fit as Maki no doubt.
