One big issue is you've got so many different categories, and people often blur the lines on what is allowed in each one. Equal stats, no powers (buffed/nerfed???) Equal stats, all powers (buffed/nerfed???) Human stats, all/no powers Keep stat's, all/no powers "Equal stat's no powers" aka "All hands" people will argue Goku can still use UI/kaioken because they're techniques and a state of mind and body... and luffy can use future sight and observation haki... gojo keeps his six eyes. When these are clearly all special powers only found in their verses, call them techniques all you want, say "anyone can achieve them" they're powers. Another questionable stance is "equal stats, all powers" then I point out "but what if they have a power that buffs their stats? they have equal bases stats but that's a stat increasing power Like Goku, in "equal stats, all powers." does ssj/kaioken/zenkai-boost still increase his stats? because technically they can have equal base stats and then powers affect that... but you also could argue, no even with powerups the stats stay the same, to which then the fight is no longer "all powers" because specifically those powers have been removed. how are we equalising them? nerfing both to realistic human levels, meeting in the middle, buffing/nerfing one to be equal with the other? because every single one of those could affect outcome. it becomes rather easy when you actually say "normal human strength, no powers." Because then it's mainly martial arts/move set + body type + experience

Just wanted to revisit this to say thanks. I never exercised in my life but I found your channel and really enjoyed your videos, eventually finding this one. Last 3 years I've been working out off and on having started out with just this and Hybrid Calisthenics workout routine (wall pushups, one day, squats another, just easy building up). Now I still use the exercises from this and Luffy in combo with some others for my warmup and cooldown. Im not any less chubby cause I'm a proud gourmand but I can do 30 hindu pushups in a row while being 210-220lbs nowadays and I'm building up to Nordic Curls and Wrestler Bridges, already being able to do 30 reps of hindu squats/hindu pushups/full bridges/pullups (at my bodyweight!). So thanks for helping me. Exercising every other day regularly has really helped my mental health and I've you to thank for me discovering a love of physical exertion. Oh, and a quick suggestion; you should consider tai chi! Since you talk about meditation a lot I figured I'd suggest it. My fullbody workout is complimented well by meditating while practicing tai chi on my rest days, and the combo of those three has been really helpful in getting me through grief and general mental illness (I cannot afford meds for my bipolar because I am a lower class American🦅🦅🦅). You're a great person and we love you. Thanks for everything you do Jaxblade, I hope you have a great day :)
