What if the seller ships your item to MSB without much of a protection, let say, a shoe box, boxed in a very "thin" simple box.. you mentioned that MSB will just ship this to your door step.... 1. Do i have to worry that the simple boxed packaged get damage in courier? 2. Who delivers in your door step? Is there another fee to pay for the delivery man?

MSB will not do anything to your package they will not even find a box if you request it. parang it comes as is. they will deliver to you automatically via kango express or msb too

Clarification lang po about import taxes. Let's say I will order something in the UK which costs above $300, which means wala na akong babayaran na import taxes since I'm going to use Kango Express' UK address naman. Eh paano po kung parating na dito sa PH yung package, may babayaran ba ako na import tax kasi above P10k na yung order ko? O hindi na malalaman ng customs na above P10k na yung cost nung order ko? Ok lang ba na hindi ko ideclare sa Kango Express na $300 yung inorder ko?

wala na talagang babayaran na import tax kasi whatever you pay kango or MSB yun na yun ang fees included na dun yung mga import taxes. Basta darating nalang yung gamit sa iyo :)

If I remember it correctly, Kango also sea freight which takes around 60 days. But how about taxes sa PH po pagdating ng item sa Pinas? I heard, if your item is more than 200$, subject sia sa tax sa customs, which you need to pay prior receiving ur items. What is your experience on this?

Hi Kanna! No tax when it arrives here. Its included in the fees of kango na. So you have nothing to worry. Ahh, then the sea freight is the same kay MSB too na super tagal as well hehehe. :)

I bought an item from coach US using gift cards and MSB as forwarder but then wasn't able to change the billing address when i checked out so its the same with the shipping address. However, MSB requires to indicate my local address as my billing address dapat. I wonder if magkakaproblem ako sa shipping ko becoz of this? What can i do to resolve this, coach said i cannot correct na din the billing address since processed na daw and they actually dont allow pala other countries as billing address other than US, CAnada and Puerto rico 😪
