It seems to me that the parents didn’t care about his quality of life…they were more concerned with the donations that were rolling in..for Jaxon’s “medical care”. They both quit their jobs, took about 6-8 vacations in a year’s time. High end purses and clothes for her. They each got a new car. Moved into a new house…he was a cash cow. Nothing more. And when the foundation was being investigated, the donations started drying up. So do they say “to hell with it…I love my son and I’ll take care of him for the rest of my life”…NOPE. They put him in a nursing home. Permanently. When he stopped earning his keep (donations) they had no use for him anymore. Those parents and anyone else involved in the sham should be ashamed of themselves.

The parents of Jaxon should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for using their child for money, fame and attention. The Facebook page is all but gone, the foundation has been closed and I’ve found multiple sources that show it was just a front for them to get more money for themselves. They made almost $180,000 from their overdrawn go fund me campaign alone. There hasn’t been anything recent to even show if poor Jaxon is still technically alive. I believe the parents separated and possibly divorced after getting fancy new clothes, cars and housing with their ill gotten gain from donations. The videos are staged where they make it look like Jaxon is walking, talking and eating. He physically can’t do any of those things. It’s cruel to keep him alive just to torture for their own gain. He’s heavily medicated and suffers near constant seizures. Each life is a gift but this is cruelty on their part. The mom didn’t even comfort him or attend to him while he was having awful seizures in the videos. They see $$$ not a kid.

Heidi Clark I saw another video where she was shooting daggers at him. It’s pretty obvious she’s resentful and possibly despises him. I’ve long had the opinion that this scam was all Addy’s idea and he talked her into it. In the early videos of Jaxon she appears hesitant to lie, is more truthful, but later on she gets right into it. She posted that one video of Jaxon seizing like crazy and screeching, which I heard Addy got very upset with her about. Maybe some subconscious hostility toward her husband.

My cousin has had many seizures and I'll tell you what he has told me: IT. HURTS. He said that his entire body would hurt. There were times when he had no idea where he was or who anyone around him was for a couple minutes, there were times where half his body was paralyzed, or when just half his face was paralyzed. How do they know that Jaxon isn't having these types of seizures? I'm the type of person who says that unless there is a real need for an abortion (rape, incest, the mother has a high chance of dying, or the baby will live with no quality of life or in chronic pain), but I am 100% on board with assisted suicide and ending the life of someone who is a) brain dead b) dying anyway and wants to end their life on their own terms or c) cases like this. It's so obvious that while yes, this is a person and he has a soul, he has absolutely no quality of life. The videos where he's "crawling" or whatever that was looked like he was just having seizures that they managed to pass off as him moving. This poor little guy is (or should I say *was*) a huge scam! Does anyone even know if they have done tests to see if he can even respond to pain? Even people who are brain dead look like they're still alive.

Yes seizures are extremely painful (I am diagnosed with a seizure disorder and suffer from major seizures frequently). On top of the fact that I have hit my head on just about everything imaginable from collapsing, and one of my first seizures I ever had was before I knew I could never drive again, and yes I did have it behind the wheel but fortunately a friend was there to grab the wheel. I have never gotten my license renewed since then, just an id. But yes, not only can you injure yourself on things, but when you come to, your are often dazed and confused, and can be very foggy in the head for quite a while after the seizure, and your muscles burn and ache tremendously when you come out of it, due to them spasming so badly. But yes they are terrible. Very very painful. Oddly enough I have gotten very good at picking out my "aura". For me, I feel like I have a head cold, like stuffy, I will get sharp painful shocks that feel like they come up my spinal cord, andi get a very strong nauseating smell of burnt coffee (imagine at an office if someone left out old coffee they made from the day before and let it just ferment. So, that). I am also high functioning autistic and for a while my family lied about it, instead letting me believe I was just a social outcast weirdo. It was not until my teen years when I found this out. My seizures came out about 5 years ago, so age 25. I suppose that is late, but if I miss a dose of my medication I know I am in for a brutal one. So I have to stay on 3 anti seizure medications (lyrica, clonazepam, toperimate and depakote, but I recently quit the depakote). I can only imagine what the seizures were like for this kid. If I am an adult and can hardly stand them I can't imagine a baby who doesn't even know what, where, or who he is and what that is like if he was able to be cognizant enough to recognize unease.

Dreadful existence. He seized from birth til death. His brain couldnt interpret the stimuli his body was experiencing. Probably sensory overload and EXTREMELY painful. Notice how he panics when in water or receiving alot of touching or hearing loud sounds or bright lights. That's his body saying "my nerves are cranked up to 11 and reality is encumbered by incredible amounts of pain." It was most likely a feedback loop like a bad dream of sensations puzzled and mashed together in a brain randonly firing off like fireworks or a psychic hedgemaze of delirum for 5 long HORRIBLE years. If he could talk he would probably curse his mother for not aborting him. I'm not cruel. His parents are. On top of the pain he seizes every 10 min or so. Like a computer constantly rebooting itself. We all need to rethink these "miracles" it is most likely that he was in a TON OF PAIN. Jaxons life was the epitome of "better off d3ad" I mean that in the most honest wholesome way ever..

Being inspired kinda means to me that the person you’re talking about is admirable and you would like to achieve (whatever it may be) it as well someday… Who would want ANYTHING to do with what this kid has?the constant seizing? The ear-piercing screams? And not even knowing WHY he’s screaming? Is it pain? Is it part of the seizure?… These people are delusional. And that goes for every single person that had anything to do with this “foundation”. They didn’t spend a dime on funding a cure or his medical needs. They partied with that money. Mama Brittany was out buying Michael kors purse. They each got themselves a new car. They took about 6 vacations in a years time…did I mention they both quit their jobs? That kid was a cash cow for them. And when people started questioning the foundation, people quit donating. NOW he’s really useless. So they throw him in a nursing home. Permanently. He lived a physically agonizing life. Because his parents need/want for a child was more important that the quality of life for said child. The Buells were/are frauds.

How about a story about how brandon buell now owns a pretty nice house with screened in pool, how he hobknobs with pro golfers, how he vacations continuously, how he flaunts his UNEARNED wealth on his fb page for all to see. I just watched a video clip where the parents said he spoke a few words at 2years old including "i love you". Has anybody seen any evidence that he could speak at all? Of what i understand of his condition it would be impossible that he learned to speak. Where is the information of the controversy that the parents were abusive, using jaxon for money, using the money only for themselves, they put jaxon in a home etc? Other than people's comments on youtube videos, i haven't seen anything, i haven't spent much time looking either.

So I wonder now that he's 6 feet under and thankfully out of his misery how the devout Christians who divorced after this was aired are doing. The cash cow is gone. Is there a fund somewhere that is still going for the couple of people with blinders on can still donate to? I would certainly hope not but nothing surprises me. Those 2 should actually be in prison for child abuse for all of the videos they made where he seized and she called it "him being so excited" and made him "perform" for the camera just to have that cash flow in. Had that cash been used for a good cause it might have been a little more excusable but it all went for the 2 devout Christian's new clothes, cars, vacations and basically and whim that they may have wanted at any given moment such as her tattoos. She failed short though when it came to doing some plastic surgery to reduce that forehead of hers. There should definitely be a place in hell for these two that used that empty shell of a child for their financial gain. I really hope they are still not capitalizing on his misfortune.

In my religious belief, he is an innocent, and for his "parents" to be allowing him to exist in this state is nothing short of horrific. And to think they are profiting off him is even more frightening, and downright sickening. They should be brought up on some kind of criminal charges. I agree with so many others, in that the humane thing to do was to terminate the pregnancy; but no, the mother most likely couldn't bear the thought of losing her first (and only at this point) child - in other words, thinking selfishly, thinking of only her feelings in the matter. I have a feeling Jaxon is with Brittany and its been said that the "devout Christian father" took the money and ran and rarely sees his so called miracle. Brittney has a new man and a healthy baby but she, along with the newscasters were as in on the scam as Addy was. How anybody fell for this is beyond my comprehension. Some people were shocked when they found out the parents split up because they apparently saw "so much love between them" but I see no love or happiness in any video, especially this one. I have had a few seizures in my life. They don't hurt but they are scary and horrible on the body. I'd like to know more about what the brain can and cannot do when limited. All parents think their baby is beautiful. Jaxon is cute. I personally don't agree with his parents for bringing him into the world when they thought he might die so early on. But they did it anyway so I can only hope he is not suffering.

To expand on my comment about seizures ; I have had about 4 grad mal seizures, which anyone could have if their threshold is low (mine being from severe exhaustion due to insomnia.) Jaxon's seizures are different. His parents give very little information as to his condition because they don't want negative press about their decision to have carried him to term. But if you want to know if he suffers...just look up 'startle seizures.' Jason's seizures are the product of startle epilepsy. More then half of people with that form of epilepsy lose movement in half of their body. So, yes, I'd say be is in pain. He can definitely hear; the seizures are from loud noise or sudden touch.

He is not blessed, he is suffering every second if he's even still alive. He doesn't get restful sleep as he doesn't have the higher brain anatomy to create it. The only respite he gets is seizures, when he gets to be unconscious and out of pain. It's a horrific life for anyone, and I can't believe the parents willingly brought him into this world to live it.
