One thing yall should do for the quality of the pidcast is either changebthe seating arrangement, or the camera angles. Alot of the time while watching, the guest will be talking and im just seeing the back of their head. Not hugely impacting my enjoyment but just a little detail that can be worked on. Love the podcast and always loved rampage. One of the few fighters i always got butterflies for !

Alistair fight iq was top level. Hinse all his experience. He won every round in 10 ufc, except the ones he got caught. People talk about his loses. But considering 94 pro fight. At some point everyone starts losing. And in ubereem era, everyone he was fighting was also on the juice. Overeem simply has freak genetics, could have been a bodybuilder.

Bear if you want to run the show, organise the questions more structured, now the questions are all over the place. I think Luke asks the most interesting questions and I would have loved to hear more about how Overeem wrote all his workouts himself but if you don't have the patience to listen and ask more questions (Bear), you lose a lot of valuable information. Maybe you just want to make good shorts out of this show but you have the connections for all the legend fighters and it would be great if there would be more stuff about their techniques, what made them great, what did they do different from the. Less bs about all the drama

Great point about pride being more artistic, they had a vibe!! I would like to have that again!
@jackbauer41866 ай бұрын
It's because they didn't have a cage to pin opponents against and hump on for 15-25 mins. Pride was all about action and movement. Even the grappling was good because it was our in the open, like it should be.

@KodakBlacksBrain6 ай бұрын
@@poindextertunesin reference to PRIDE what he says is just flat out true, their rule set was very anti grappler and they would constantly stand guys up or throw yellow cards if there was too much grappling or “stalling” which was basically just guys trying to find position.

@@canunlu1879 lol. Thats a bit of a stretch. U make it sound like its almost the same. It might be closer to english then most other languages, this doesnt mean its still miles and miles off actual english. The dutch dialect "Fries" is actually the closest to english and i never understand a word they are saying. The reason a lot of Dutch people speak decent english is mainly because we always use subtitles on english tv shows as opposed to the rest of europe where they just overdub them in their own language.

Serious studies have to be done on Overeem. He's suffered some serious bad KOs and not a single sign of CTE. Not to be more morbid for the furthering of studies for understanding head injuries, he should donate his brain when he's passed on. 😅😮💀

He has it 100%. My suspicion is that guys who are more naturally intelligent, which Overeem clearly is, can conceal and 'work around the issues' a lot better. GSP is the best example of this.

It was a pity the guest found himself interrupted so many times for the hosts to tell their stories instead. Overreem barely was able to squeeze in his projects or even life views for that matter. He was about to offer an analysis of Mc Gregor that got cut off...Perhaps just ask a question and wait until the guest has stopped speaking before interrupting. It has a feeling of a wasted interview. Is it really relevant to now who's strongest between ngannou and lesnar? It's a real pity.
