What a great interview. As a 48 year old guy that’s fairly successful with life/wife and always watched DLS along listening to Bilas I just loved how he opened up. Good stuff!

Could’ve listened to Jay for 4 hours. It’ll be a sad day for college basketball when he retires.

I fully agree. I am not even sure *why I like* Jay as a basketball broadcaster - but his deep knowledge, experience, abiding "love of the game", and kinda offbeat sense of humor make me *really want* to watch all games Bilas calls. I can even remember when he was "part time" announcing games and a "practicing" lawyer. It is nice to hear Jay talk about his finding the "work / family balance in his life. Our wives end up being the best "managers" of living good lives ... Wendy Bilas must be an amazing person. Grateful to Dan for this in depth interview!

Nobody can genuinely gas up a guest with their intro like Dan.

Love this interview beyond...I have always been a big fan of both these 2 champions .Both articulate speakers with a strong command of the English language. I remember when Dan's contract with Espn ended, it created a void of how i enjoy sports and I really thought i would never had that pleasure of his show again..I love his content and the strong unapologetic element of humor.Happy he has gotten another opportunity to continue doing what he loves.Jay Bilas is one the best to ever do it on college game day he's an ear treat.Great interview again guys.

Great interview and the tone of it makes me feel like I’m eavesdropping on two friends at a bar. I love the space Dan gives his guests.

Everytime jay comes on the show from now on they should introduce him as Award-winning Actor Jay Bilas.

10:57 this is actually a good stress reliever and kinda fun. Going out on my back porch with a good coffee and a smoke, early early in the morning tells me that birds are cool, and that I live in a neighborhood of workers and early risers" - though I also still only "know" my very closest neighbors ... lol Really good interview between Dan and Jay

That was fantastic. Bring back Bilas around more often on the show please!

I think Jay is genuinely one of the best and analytical voices of sports. Love hearing him speak and think the respect for Dan is real

No being a word used tough people resonates with me. Ive been at work plenty of times and stacked my plate to help others selfishly, only to be the last one leaving or finishing up. Ive always wondered why ive enjoyed being helpful to my own detriment at times. Other times in fits of emptiness, im the least helpful human being you can find.

I love all the legacy media coming to YT and now acting like they aren't legacy media..... like who wants this content? Haven't we all come to YT because we found all these people uninteresting? I mean this show and Mcafee are the same thing..... mindless bots kissing one dudes butt all day
