I've always been a fan of Jay, but competing in men's physique wouldn't work at all.. Once you've been super huge and cut your bodyweight down you'll never look that great at a lower bodyweight.. The muscles will never look tight and crisp because all that skin was used to being wrapped around a 290 pound muscular body for so many years.. Jay is an icon, but he did everything he was gonna do in bodybuilding in terms of competing..

I know ezekiel bread is so healthy and best as all in it is sprouted grains, which has way less carbs and more protein compared to normal bread, and no gluten as sprouted make it alter to proteins, so all good food then I just wish we can get that bread in netherlands
