Two things- this group has done a fine job with this song. As a drummer, I'm familiar with this song and it's cool to see another take on the music. Second, the difference in rhythm, that change in the push-and-pull from the usual cover of this song is just musical stylings - jazz, gospel or contemporary, they can all be used to serve the song.
