I love watching things like this. Props to Jay Leno for doing this. As a 15 year Army veteran myself who's disabled from combat in Iraq '03, this is great to see. Most of us disabled veterans like myself have not only never received anything for our service but we spend the rest of our lives fighting the VA just to get and keep disability benefits. S yeah, it's great to see one of our own be treated like a human being who has put his life on the line for this nation.

Most don't need it. There were about 1500 total amputees from the two wars. So you could definitely get a special ride for each one, if you wanted to. The rest were wounded in other ways, over half of the wounded were returned to duty in 48 hours... light wounds.

@@thedonleroy I love it when military veterans advertise that they were in the military. It's like they are looking for a comment like yours. This guy even added the word disabled to get bonus points. He never said that he was a military veteran though. He might be a prison veteran or a veteran of some other occupation. If he is military, I bet he goes around wearing a navy blue cap, complete with rope on the bill, advertising that he worked for the military. Chances are that he signed up because he had no other options to earn a living. Do you go up to retired doctors and nurses from your local hospital and thank them for their service? Joining the military is a respectable career path but I do not understand the worship that people give them. MOST of them made a decision to join up. The bottom line is that they are no different from you or I except I don't go around looking for recognition.

Yeah man, it sucks how the innocent get tricked into fighting wars to make zog more powerful and help build the kingdom of the anti-christ. Still, these soldiers are good people and are unfortunately the victims to blind patriotism. I wish nothing but the very best for him and God Bless the people who fought and died, survived or got injured while the evil ones got fat from the blood sacrifices and their armchair games.
