Jay Rock is just about to drop, apparently followed by ScHoolboy Q, and then it looks like the whole crew is going on a world tour. Not saying that the project is already in the works, but the crew did come together to lay something down for Jay Rock's album. Take whatever other ideas that were looked at, and then have the whole cliq (Black Hippy, SZA, Isaiah, production team, Punch, etc) together for a year long world for, and you might have something to run with

WHERE HAS THE TIME GONE ?! I remember vividly rocking this freshman year in highschool. I was the only person I knew who was this deep in rap. Everybody else was on pop or radio hit raps. Me and my crew were so underground with the music we listened to. In blessed to have gravitated towards this music by myself , no influence. Just what I love. I remember we would get off the school bus and all meet up at my friends Lovely’s house and sit on his back porch steps and just freestyle for hours. Great times. Simple times.

Individually these dudes are all GREAT but together they are unstoppable. Each one compliments the other in their own way. It's crazy bc when you look at who they are as seperate people, they're styles, personal upbringings and souls are all different. That's what I think makes Black Hippy as a group so fuckin dope. The fact that they aren't all from the same hood wearing the same flags, but all individuals with their own meaning. Keep preaching my bros.

Jesus... WOW, i remember the first time i ever heard Kendrick, man. Swimming Pools had just played on our most listen to radio station (I'm from the UK) for the first time... i was hooked. One week later i bought Section.80 on iTunes and loved played that album out back to front, bought GKMD a week later and that was it for me. I'm on here looking at anything i could find to do with him. finding Black Hippy and this song in particular, i had a lot of good times to this. Long story short, I've seen him live twice now! VIP the first time, front row the second time... GOAT

Damn TDE has really come a long way. They are about to rise up to the top. Kendrick and Schoolboy Q won't be the only ones from TDE that everyone knows. Isaiah Rashad, Ab-Soul and even SZA too are all about to shine real soon. Can't wait for that Isaiah project dropping this year! Gonna be a good year for music.

I come back here once In a while, this makes me happy! Just to see their friendship and them being themselves instead of most rappers flexin with money and cars. This is a Classic! And proves that you dont need money, cars, expensive clothes, woman, a proffesional camera or director. The days when black hippy was a thing I miss them!
