You can ignore what MWT said about the case. It is pretty clear MWT and his team got outwitted by the Guardia Civil and by the key suspects. MWT gleaned little info of limited interest, fed it to us drip drip in order to remain somewhat relevant, but in the end, MWT solved nothing and explained nothing.

I'm thinking MWT may have said that about Jay being fearful based on the watch. He may have used the brawl to jump to thinking Jay was fearful. It's not cool for him to make such a statement and then not clarify why he has reason to believe that.

So it's apparently at 70k & it's been suggested that getting Jay home will be 3-6k then there's the funeral fees in the UK at say 5k so does that mean Jay's family automatically get to keep the massive remaing amount? I think it should be returned to the people that gave as it was originally given to help find Jay which of course now is redundant.

I do humanitarian aid work and all these costs can add up - I’m kind of getting annoyed with everyone attacking the go fund me they are not a wealthy family they don’t have the money and it’s not hard to just don’t donate if you don’t agree with it but there’s no reason to go after the family.

Just so many things wrong about this case, & made worse by Tenerife police refusing to answer questions, or provide information that people have asked for. & if they respond like this to a very serious issue, imagine how they would deal with an assault or theft?. My guess is that the cops know that whoever reports anything, they will be gone within a couple of weeks!.

I do feel , whatever is going on with this case... Everybody is obsessed and is craving more and more all the time, in every scenario.. nobody is happy (globally also) the world is sad.. devils work most likely. Money+wealth+sex+drugs.. we abuse ourselves and have no reason why.

Given the Guardia Civil lied about calling off the search for Jay, and given they announced that Qassim and Rocky were "of no relevance" to the case, plus a dozen other red flags, I think it would be foolish to assume anything at all, including that Jay's body was found last Monday.

Definitely very strange case, for you to refer to the Daily Mail as a source of your info though I'd say was a mistake. This ex policeman who came out with his crap. Is proving to be crap also. Jay was there & alive at that air bnb. He spoke to a local woman who came forward asking when the next bus back would be as he'd just missed one. This is the biggest mystery. There was another bus due in 90 minutes. Instead of waiting or going back to the apartment he chose a 11 hour walk with no water. That's not being naive, that's being scared for your life. He was very scared about staying there & refused a lift back. The 2 men from the apartment he went back to are both convicted drug dealers. Tenerife is full of criminals by the way. If the story about Jay stealing a Rolex is correct. The chances are the only people who could afford a Rolex in the area where Jay was out isn't an area or place where wealthy people go out. Wealthy criminals on the other hand is a different story. The amount of money made from drugs around there is massive. For me that's the key, the Rolex & who it's owner was. Jay jumped in a car with a couple of drug dealers. He's not exactly an intimidating person. If these 2 had knowledge of the Rolex, they could of told him they'd buy it off him. But the money was back at their apartment. The excuse is he went their to carry on partying. Which is a complete joke. You've got to imagine an area full of bars & clubs with thousands of youngsters partying. He left there to go to the other side of the island to a cheap apartment with 2 drug dealers where there was no bars or clubs. There's your 1st lie in no way did he go there to party. When Jay has realised he was getting pissed about, with getting paid for thus Rolex. He's bolted, scared of something happening to him. I'm not saying that as fact but it's much more plausible than saying he went their to party. His friends are hardly going to tell the police he went there to get drugs or money for a Rolex he'd punched are they? Like I said this Rolex is the key. Do the 2 drug dealers know the person who lost his watch? Or did they tell Jay they did? These 2 dealers left Tenerife as soon as they could. It's in the police interests to state there was no foul play. The island is suffering from its reputation if being a criminals haven. The main source of revenue in Tenerife is tourism, most of the police are bought off there. They suddenly found his body the day before an outside search party was coming in to look for him. This fits in with the police being bought off also. 29 days he was missing. That's plain ridiculous when they had the most recent pings from his mobile phone. So they knew the general area he was last known to be. There's far too many unanswered questions for this not to be foul play. I'm saying these things as someone who used to live in that world. I still have friends who live there to this day. I'm sure we'll start hearing things come out in dribs & drabs. If the British coroner's office decides they want to get involved. That's when the real story will start coming out. The 1st thing they'll do is get these 2 convicted drug dealers in for questioning. For all they're convicted criminals & know what & when to say things. They don't come across as being master criminals. Between them & Jays mates there'll be something incriminating that comes out.

I believe they have stated that the ravine was 6,000 feet deep so due to that and the very sharp and jagged rocks, it was an instant death... which is just horrible, however, better than him laying there for hours or days just suffering in agony.

Poor kid. What a horrid way to go...a sudden plunge through the air. This is a case where I wish we could rewind and put Jay back at the club and change his decisions. His family must be in such pain. Just 19.

Not having no sleep can made you get paranoid and scared think things going on or not, drinking alot also and maybe drugs. Abuse he was young no sleep achuol etc he could of been scared because he had no sleep for days he wouldn't be thinking straight.that and that only could be a reason he had to leave.maybe he. Took something had to get away that's why he went off road he thought he wasn't going to take long but pretty sure he thought he could get away. But not sorting water out if he was walking was mental no to make sure he had that

Ayub has the worst luck in the world,,,first, his cannabis cafe gets robbed, then only 1 week later, hes mixed up in a missing persons case, but not jst any missing person, its his pal Lucy,s mate Jay,,,,common denominators,,,they all know each other,,,also,,,the stolen watch,,,this has been mention twice, in both these unfortunate events,,so,,lucy knows the cafe guys,,,the cafes guys,,are the 2 bnb guys,,Ayub and Rocky(he,s CEO of a property company, dealing un airbnbs)

I think that is far fetched to kill Jay Slater at the B&B and then drag his body to that location and throwing the body off the edge of that ravine dead body is heavy thing to carry etc I think Jay slater walked off the edge and fell off alone nobody was with him making him walk off the edge etc no he was foolish to go and walk in the mountains alone without kit like water food warm jacket trousers walking boots etc if that was me I’d have chilled out at the cafe eat breakfast get a drink while waiting for the bus and asked to charge my phone and then after the bus comes jump on it and go back to the hotel etc
