junior was the first to play this at soundfactory about six months before it was released. This is a true classic! no one should even try to remix this piece of house history.

One of my all time favorite club jams. For years every time they played it all the children would flock onto the floor and tear it up, especially at Loretta's and Traxx's ( Atlanta ), still love it like it was yesterday

My hairs still stand up every time i hear this. It must be heard in a loud system,loud enough so that you feel the base in your chest, then you'll know what i'm talking about. This is a phenomenal piece produced by one of the very best that ever did it my boy Nelson Paradise Roman...

Man, this was out at the same time as "Motherland", and dj Burt at Club 88 would mix them together and we thought that for a moment, our dancing alone would change the world.

I remember that!! - LOL! Especially dancing in front of the mirrored wall under the d.j. booth. Whenever I'd come home, Burt would make me mixed tapes to take back to FL. I can't explain how much I miss those days..❤

If I'm not mistaken, this song was released in 1990....I was very, very young then, and after many, many years I heard it again.....and it sounds sòòò damn good....This is just proof that 70's, 80's, 90's produced quality, quality music..... I agree with another listener that said, "as a South African, this song gives him the chills"..... I totally agree.....AGAIN, quality music.......Love this track

Back in the 80s and 90s in NYC, I use to go to gay and straight clubs and what I learned was that there was no such thing as a gay or straight club when it came to real house music. Back then most clubs were largely diverse. The people were there for the music, there was no bullshit in the clubs, it was always about the music and bringing people together in peace and harmony. Everyone had a good time.
@garyonbroadway19195 жыл бұрын
You stole the words out of my head. There was NOTHING like the original Sound Factory. Christine Vachon was a visionary and Junior Vasquez was/is/will forever be. We probably shared a dance! My best friend was a Straight Boy married to a BREATHTAKINGLY beautiful bisexual woman from Trinidad, and we would just circle the dancefloor looking for beautiful, friendly faces to dance with, and nothing more. What more did you NEED?! 💖
