@@anitaneal1779 nobody has been charged with anything, and accusation has been lodged in the civil court, a very successful lawyer has decided to represent the accuser, This is why the case has gained so much publicity, ordinarily the billionaire with their army of top lawyers would shut this down in no time but this time they're dealing with someone who has the resources to meet fire with fire, the worrying thing for the defence is they know their client wants the case thrown out but Buzzby knows this too, If it gets to court questions will be asked about relationships between the defendant and Diddy, Rihanna, Foxy Brown and a whole lot more people, J is caught between a rock and a hard place because if he'd have settled he'd lose sponsorships and If he fights the case in court many things he would want to suppress may come out that could be very destructive to his life, He's trapped but some people don't see the bigger picture

There's a black lawyer covering this on KZbin named Allegedly Stephanie. She's a former enternatinment lawyer. She's definitely biased against Jay Z in this but I don't blame her. She made a video a couple years ago about how he's actively harmful toward his old neighborhood and Broolyn in general. Anyway, even with her biases she does a good thing at explaning how things work and what's going on witht his lawsuit. What's reasonable for either side and their filings and what's not. I think she/her channel would be a good source to at least learn more on the legal end.
