What I like about this Death Battle is that even though Frieza won the fight, Megatron made his victory meaningless. Frieza lost his army, his ship, the planet he was trying to conquer, and his legs. All from a guy weaker than him. And Megatron made that perfectly clear. Now Frieza has to live with that humiliation.

@huspc How is it cope? Even though Frieza won, he still got damaged and would feel embarrassed and enraged he couldn't claim cybertron and lost his assets, army, etc.

Devilartemis did such a great job with this animation its such a shame that there are people who don't appreciate the animation same with not watching the analysis before the fight because they focused on Megatron from the Comics and Shows because he was was way weaker in the live action Transformers movies made by Michael Bay.

Yeah, Death Battle looks for who would win the most times out of all potential matches, not just a couple of times thanks to one good move or skill. So while Megatron could win, say, 25% using the anti-matter and his genius mind, Frieza has more advantages to win the other 75% of the time.

Not when you lowball and don’t put in all megatrons feats. Freiza has never fought outer dimensional beings. Megatron does that in almost every IDW run. He has more feats than freiza and it was obvious what they were doing when they said he can fight with Optimus prime “who can throw oil tanker” meanwhile Optimus prime is a god. They lowballed him Megatron has fought beings of a different concepts, out of this dimension, living beings of death, goes toe to toe with Optimus who is a god. He also has the ability to teleport and you can’t perice his body

@@ID0XX actually, IDW is surprisingly weak. If I recall, Megatron only fought an avatar of the Dark God, making it way weaker than the actual being, so he wouldn't scale to its power, and while Shockwave did threaten the multiverse in IDW, he only did so with a special power-up that Megatron can't access, and Megatron got his ass kicked during their fight. Now, if you brought in Japanese G1 Megatron, I'd agree that he'd win, but IDW just ain't shit.

I love the Death Battle series since 2010! I hope we see more episodes but I found out they are on hiatus because of Warner Bros Discovery shut down Rooster Teeth. Rogue vs Womder Woman is my favorite fight from the first episode. I love the trilogy of Superman vs Goku too! You guys are the best Jay 3 Entertainment!🤓😊👊🏾💙

That anti matter almost took Frieza out so Savage wasn’t to far off his prediction. However Frieza is a wildcard alot of times and is beyond stupid powerful (Black Frieza) like we saw here, but Megatron put in work and looked amazing as hell doing it in my opinion!

Great animation But they lowballed the shit out of Megatron. He has way more feats than what they showed in IDW. I lost it when they said he compares to Optimus prime “who can throw oil tankers” What type of feat is that? Optimus prime is literally Jesus like in the comics. Anyone can throw oil tankers in the TF verse. They always give anime characters all their feats while lowballing the rest. They left out his teleportation, his body being a literal concept, downplayed the Decptigod, etc. The fight was over before it began

Actually IDW isn’t even that powerful it’s just some stupid shit people try to wank to get it high, they should’ve used Marvel Transformers or Japanese G1 Transformers cause at least its the same G1 Megatron unlike those two IDW Megatron isn’t even the same as G1 Megatron

She belongs to the strongest franchise in anime with their base abilities giving them immeasurable speed. & my power scaling playlist has all the proof we need, my essay playlist also proves it has the best written characters in anime especially in the girl aspect.(which some shonen struggle cough* Naruto) Like generic anime channel’s shirou vid, it’s billion$ budget & ufotable come together to give us peak animation of any year they drop or period. With this fight i always say the more interesting better villian lost while the more powerful and less interestign villian won. Seriously 90 percent of the time they do dbz chars its not a good fight due to the insane power level they posess.

Once you decide to enter into someone's game and rules, you are at a disadvantage... Transformer's history evolved in the public to give it more of a story but initially no one ever thought these Alien Robots had so much bad ass power. Their secrecy has always been an issue. Dragon Ball fairly early after Goku was Adult revealed itself to a World that could not stop mamy OP characters. Frieza is only non Saiyan who began with a limitless power set as a legend. Now, Jiren might be the only other one. It was always Frieza in a battle that lasted longer than a minute. The near OP level of Megatron was to sell more comics and toons... Frieza was God like from the beginning of his existence Universe... At some point, writers are not allowed to keep finding ways to evolve a power set and backstory for $... Frieza All Day!!!
