A single Yottaton is a 1 followed by 81 zeros. To put it into perspective, it takes MUCH less energy to destroy a planet with a single Yottaton. And Optimus is able to dish out at least 40 with the Matrix of Leadership.

I am a big Gundam fan, but the original RX-78-2 Gundam would stand no chance against Optimus. If it is just Amuro, then the only Mobile Suit that would stand even a chance against Optimus would be the Hi-Nu Gundam(a more powerful version of the normal Nu Gundam), even then that would not be a guarantee that Amuro would be able to win. It would however be his best chance since the Hi-Nu Gundam, and normal Nu Gundam, has something called a Psycho Frame, which allows the pilot to command the mobile suit with his thoughts and has some magical effects, like manipulating objects with a person's mind (Though the ability to move objects was only shown by a Gundam that was developed a year after the Nu Gundam).

One of my favorite episodes from DEATH BATTLE. My only issue is the power and height scaling. Optimus Prime even as a Powermaster would only be able to go up against the F91 or Victory class Gundams. Apart from that, I liked it.

Just a bit of background on megatron he was a gladiator from the battle pits of Khaon. Orion pax(now Optimus) was the library keeper in the autobot city of Iacon. The reason the war lasted so long is bc megtron uses his instincts and experience from ruling the pits undefeated for over a million years. And optimus uses his wisdom of combat tactics and large scale warfare strategies. That he spent millions of years pouring over in the library. He is far more intelligent than his "limited" experience would illude to

No no, the Unicorn, Phenex, and Banshee Gundams definitely stand a chance, they are sister units that can manipulate time, move faster than light, create barriers that can repel energy weapons, they can also read your mind, give you visions, and if you die in one of them the machine absorbs your soul Turn-A Gundam also stands a chance, it's ultimate weapon, the moonlight butterfly, destroyed all technology on earth and literally sent humanity back to the stone age, not only that, but the entire Gundam is made of nanomachines so it is capable of repairing itself The Gundam 00 Qan [T] also stands a chance, it has the ability of instant teleportation, has several energy and physical blades that can slash through almost anything, it has limitless energy, not to mention the trans-am system which basically turns it into a glowing red super saiyan for about 5-10 minutes And let's not forget the G-Self, the G-Self pulls off shonen anime moves, it is shown kicking another mech so hard that it gets sent flying and then the G-Self flies next to the mech it just kicked while it's still in midair and kicks it back, and it also has several backpacks with their own unique loadouts
