Dennis Bergkamp and Thierry Henry was one of the best duos ever in premier league history. They have the statues of themselves outside Arsenal’s stadium. Henry is the player you reacted about one year ago. Keep up the good work .You are one of my favorite KZbinrs. And thank u for reacting our club legends.🐐❤️

The invincibles were a very solid team that also had flair. Would give any team in history a decent game for sure. The goal vs Newcastle is regarded as one of the best in prem history. A creation of the famed Ajax academy.

GK: Jens Lehmann Defence: Lauren + Sol Campbell + Kolo Toure + Ashley Cole Midfield: Gilberto Silva + Patrick Vieira Wingers: Robert Pires + Freddy Ljungberg Forwards: Dennis Bergkamp + Thierry Henry The Invincibles starting 11. In terms of star names they were no Galacticos; they were, instead, just *the* complete team. Strong characters, born winners with hard work, determination and knowhow. Henry was obviously the star, but he still knew his place.

Dennis has the best technique ever ! Better than Messi and Ronaldo and Zidane. They said : "If he plays on snow he wouldnot left any footprint". He rarely shot with power, only precision, which is so difficult to do ! For me his goal against newcastle is the best ever !

I saw him on tv as a boy, scoring for Arsenal. I said, ok that's my guy and my team forever. He did not disappoint me, ever. But the craziest thing about him is that he was probably even better off the ball or in the build up play. He was so much more than stats and highlights, but it has to be said that his highlights are some of the best there is.

Bergkamp is my favorite player of all time. I am an Ajax fan and he is legend there. His touch and imagination were elite. He could make magic out of thin air. But yes, every team he was with had plenty of great players. He was usually the boss leader, though. I was lucky enough to see him score a goal live at the 1994 World Cup in the US, right in front of my seat actually.

You know, when Henry was asked who his greatest teammate was? he didn't answer messi, he answered bergkamp. Bergkamp grew up in an era where there was no social media and at that time the world's eyes were more focused on Serie A. Maybe that's why the shine wasn't too bright. If he's grew in this era, maybe the competition wouldn't just be between Messi and Ronaldo

Indeed, his touch, and Zidane touch are quite "similar" in the fact both player are very smooth, withtout being physically impressive. Then positioning was different, so different impact on the team . Zidane was a maestro from his own half to the goal, while Bergkamp was more a forward, doing mostly attacking job. And the main difference : Zidane was ambidextrous with allows him to score some awazing goals with his "weak" foot, which wasn't really weak. Bergkamp was only a great right-footed player, more "human" :) And funny as well, he is scared a hell in plane, so for every event, if the team was playing away, he was sometimes missing, if he cannot get there in time with buses or train React to the Invincibles video of Arsenal, it's worth it

Also, yes. The Invincibles can beat pretty much any great team ever, not every time of course but i'd back them to be champions a couple of times in a league made up of the great teams in history. Sir Alex Ferguson said that the Invincibles is an achievement that stands on its own, one that he considers to be greater than any of his. It makes me laugh because us Arsenal fans see Manchester United's treble season as something equal if not better than the invincible season. Not me, I adore the Invincibles but I accept the point of view, a treble is amazing and it was even more back then. Dunno if it was tougher or not to achieve then but it felt like a bigger deal as it had never happened in England.

So many Berkamp passes, there are 2 or 3 other far simpler but less dangerous passes on, and he manages to put the ball in the most dangerous spot Both 18:26 and 18:48 (and many others) are great examples of him executing completely different lays, but he's doing that thing, of missing easier but less dangerous passes, in exchange for the High risk pass. BUT.....not only that , the way he gets the ball there is the more technical and difficult option for him to perform, but they are both the options that make the chance easier for the Attacker. In 18:26 he can play an easier to execute pass the left side of the defender, much easier, and straighter angle so much quicker, easier too time, BUT ....The ball would be harder for his team mate to control, and he would still have to beat the defender with a great touch or some crazy moves, or sheer pace, but he plays it right side of the defender and paces it to perfection so his team mate takes it in stride, gifting him a great finishing chance, the precision is insane in 18:48 again he can play the right side of the defender direct to the player, or past him to curve their run on to, and he basically fakes that with his body shape but plays the reverse pass to the left side low for his team mate to run onto, and because of the direction of the Defence runs he is now completely clear with a really easy ball to control in full sprint mode, and we now have a right footer shooting across the keeper potential which is a natural scoring position (we dont see if it was finished but it does not matter, a clear goal scoring chance has been created)

he was NOT a false 9, he was a Second striker/2nd Striker, they are similar...but its not the same Possibly even a Playmaker center forward, False 9 is a similar role but with no Lead Striker / Out and Out Striker. A Play Maker forward could be a False 9 or a 2nd Striker, but a 2nd Striker is not a false 9, and Bergkamp was a 2nd Striker with Henry as the Lead Striker (which he actually played as an inside left forward/striker) Gerrard and Torres were an example of an Attacking mid playing the 2nd Striker kind of role, but really he was deeper than Bergkamp in that role and more Midfield orientated. Bergkamp is possibly the most purist 2nd Striker I have seen, he was born to play that position. Him and Henry ...were ridiculous, just on pure filth constantly For the record I fully see what you were saying about Zidane, he has a similar way of seeing the game and using his touch , whilst still being tall and strong, I would not be mad at a "2nd Striker version of Zidane" label, id say thats pretty close at explaining his skill set

10# traditionally is the best player in the team. Now, its more of a role than actual number though some best player in their team do wear the 10#. There Messi 10# and there's Zidane 10# who wore 5# in Real (Half of 10#. Wore 10# for his country.) Usually a CAM or any forward. Invicibles went undefeated in 49 games. Not 49 wins. There's draws too. They just didn't lose.

lol the chat says they wouldn't beat 'OG' Barca or Real, whether we like it or not the Galacticos were the biggest flop team ever. The best Real Madrid team was from 2014-17, end of. Old Barca weren't great either, that 91/92 Barcelona team was really good, but again, best Barcelona would be 2009-12 imo. Arsenal in 2011 beat them, so I'm sure the Invincible team would roll them over, especially at home. Camp Nou is a different story. '14-'17 Madrid vs Arsenal '02-'05 would be such a good game though

Also the English teams never really took Europe too seriously in the older years (discounting the 70's and 80's here, speaking UCL), Sir Alex has stated that many times as has Wenger. Wenger used to rest players in Europe for Premier League games. The first season where Sir Alex said, let's go and do it in Europe, was in '99 and they won it. People don't realise how good those old English teams were. Everywhere in Europe back then and even now, they'd take a Champions League over a League Title, in England, the Prem was more sought after. Although the Premier League teams always do well to challenge on all fronts
