Human beings are selfish and no one will sacrifice their part. Moral education is the first treatment for social reform and by virtu of that economic reform will make easy to come into the society.

JP don't have believe in voting system & democracy practices. He always tried to crush his opponents voice by force but unlucky some time where he get restricted to spread hate against democratic system.
