First time I heard about veer savarkar in Such detail ND tbh I didn't find a single point to call him coward or traitor .Anyone would do the same as he did there was nothing wrong in it. Even Gandhi agreed to participate in round table conference just because he wanted to help Indians in freedom in every possible way and his ideology isn't similar to what political parties made it by politising it. It clearly says hindutv is a way of living not a religion. Hindus are all the people born in India without justifying on their religion. Political parties on name of him complete did opposite on name of hindutv.

*Life of Savarkar* >Angered by the death of Chapekar brothers, took oath to conduct armed revolt against british at the age of 15 > Established secret revolutionary society Mitra Mela at the age of 17 later known as Abhinav bharat Society > Organised the first public bonfire in Pune. > Became first student of India to be expelled by College due to independence struggle > At age of 24, wrote a book on "Mazzini", Italian revolutionary, his idol > Got access to India museum's secret letters by his clever approach and proved Indian mutiny was actually a organised war of independence. > Wrote "Indian war of independence 1857", only book in world history which was banned before getting published. > Indian war of independence was later republished by next generation revolutionaries: Bhagat Singh & Netaji bose > In 1909, first meeting with Gandhi on London during Vijayadashami, criticised his impractical Ahimsa > Dhingra shot Willie, Kanhare shot Jackson, bombs found in many parts of India related to Abhinav bharat. > Arrested at 27, only person who got two life imprisonment (25+25yrs) > Sent to Kalapani jail > 14 years in jail, 13 years under district confinement. Only person who got 27 years under restriction. > Militarised Hindus who left arms under influence of Gandhi's ahimsa. > His idea was to infiltrate the Hindus to british army and conduct Army revolt (which happened during 1946) > Met Bose, told bose to take charge of Indian National army going to be established by Savarkars friend Rash Behari bose in Japan. > Bose thanked Savarkar for militarizing the Hindus, many of them joined INA and called "Duradrashta (visionary)" from Singapore through radio. > His party was the Only Political Party who opposed partition of India in assembly. > Chosen death as his life mission was complete.
