Hi there great informative video. We have a 2020 RM19 and love it. A bit of information for you and buyers we installed MaxFan to the roof just in from the side slider which works amazingly well but the only thing we found is that there is no roof insulation at all just the plywood liner. Pretty poor considering the purchase price.

Yes, it's very noisy in the rain. Jayco quality control is pretty poor. Their cabinetry is very shoddy.
