His release is just so quick! Man as a Washington fan i could not be happier. Us Washington fans deserve something good in my opinion and Jayden is that dude. Kliff is doing an incredible job with play calling and design as well. Got a tough defense with Cleveland coming in. We have struggled with teams that can consistently get pressure with just 4 so it will be interesting to see how we have adjusted to that vs how we did against tampa and Giants

Exactly. Not a mind reader, but I would be very surprised if Peters and Quinn would want a selfish diva lke Adams on this team, One of the reasons it's been good so far is that everyone is selfless and work together. Just look at Terry. Almost no targets in the two first weeks for one of the best WRs in the NFL, yet not one negative word from him. I haven't heard him complain about anything since he was drafted, and there has certainly been plenty for him if he wanted to complain. He just smiles and waits until he has good game and then talks to the media. Just a class act. Adams does not look like a fit at all.

@@MissingMyPeeps Agreed. People think visible raw talent is all you need and it is not. Teamwork, patience, humility etc are all things you need in a team sport, and certain WRs in particular I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole just because all of that is missing. I think Terry could probably be the "best" WR in the NFL if he was like that, but he'd be far less useful to the team and not as beloved by his teammates, coaches and fans. Easily the best draft pick in my lifetime, other than Daniels. And that is still very early. I don't like to jump all over players when they've barely put on the helmet. Probably going to give that to Terry for a little while longer. It's well-placed anyway. Special Teams Guy is amazing!

@@TheEsquireOfSportsFSUThe offense is totally different. Kliff is utilizing Jayden's quick footwork. His plays cater to the strengths of our wideoiuts/ tight ends. He has really quick footwork with he ability to improvise. Then having heqds up backs like Austin to catch out the backfield enhances opportunities to keep moving pass the sticks. Our running backs are quick and elusive like our wideoiuts.

I know there are better defenses in the NFL, but both the Bengals and Cardinals have sort of tried every trick in the book on Daniels already, and he more or less broke both teams. Can't blitz because he will pass it over your head or take off and pass from the outside. Three rushers, four rushers, back off into coverage etc: all of it will get you destroyed. Someone will find a way, but I'm glad I'm not a DC with this guy, and Kliff, on the other side.

There is something I heard about Daniels when it comes to his drop back. His college coach said that he can change his step drop back on the fly and make the same throw. So, he could run a play meant for a 5 step drop and do it in a 3 step or vise versa. Would that be a form of post snap motion to disguise a play?

This is a RG3/Luck situation, where Washington dumbed down the playcalling to give RG3 a fast start, while Luck struggled at the beginning to grasp a real NFL offense. If everyone remembers he was supposed to be in a better spot better line better receivers better everything. Caleb is not better than Jayden..
@cmyskinsfan3 ай бұрын
BS. Caleb wouldn’t see the open receivers because he doesn’t process the field quickly enough, and would hold onto the ball after doing a bunch of pirouettes and take a sack, which would then be blamed on the offensive line. The only reason he got drafted over Jayden is because he had a stronger arm and made a ton of “off schedule” plays. But playing qb in the NFL isn’t about freelancing and making off schedule plays. It’s about execution of the play call and only going off schedule when there is no other option. I knew Jayden would be the better qb because he plays exactly this way. There is no comparison between Caleb and Jayden anymore tbh. Jayden can only be compared with the best quarterbacks in the league at this point. Caleb should be compared to other rookies besides Jayden. Their ability levels at this point are like night and day.
