my breakdown of the workout was okay, it was interesting i've had the most notes from his so far. his motion is butter, it's green light, and he has the most automatic trigger we've seen in years, he liable to get the ball off in tight areas smooth. it's a lil bradyish. that's the good part. he does specific things really well, effective with deep balls, highly potent, dare i say prolific throwing back shoulder, literally never overstrides. it's been most interesting to see him alternate his stagger foot. you see it on film, you see it in game, it was surprised to see it in a workout its a rare tendency you don't see with other QB's. it speaks to #1 his versatility in different systems. #2 on the negative side, if he starts getting out of Wack it spotlights, his inconsistency with his lower body. but its very like tiny detail. the most interesting thing I SAW. He alternated his break foot. #1 the positive of that is, he showed a lot of ease and comfort off platform. it's almost like his stays on balance even when he's off platform, that's how balanced he is on his feet. #2.the negative is no one really wants you driving off ur back foot and his arm strength is already not most ideal but yeah. it stands out. he has an inconsistent break foot, that's a big issue. all that being said, for the most part, he's just really good with the footwork. overall, it's all very cute, its very fancy. he does all the flashy stuff well. i wish he was more consistent doing the easy stuff. his anticipation is off, you wish his ball placement was better, the ball finished behind the receiver a few times and if i'm a defender and they run crossing stuff, short to mid, i'm jumping it. Those are my big takeaways.

I like the assessment! Pretty accurate, I’m excited to see him continue to develop as a player because the strides he’s made in the last 365 days are incredible. If he is put in a situation that is fruitful for him and not a toxic environment, then he’s going to develop really well. Now my big question going forward is How does he respond to faster defenders that also hit a lot harder. Does he get hit more often and get injured? That factor could affect a lot in his game if he’s not able to escape or be as mobile. I think he’ll adjust well, but it’s one of the last things left to find out.

No need for Jayden Daniels to do any of the running drills since his GPS time in game was one of the fastest in college. His fastest time was 21.8 MPH which was faster than some of the runs Tyreek Hill and Devone Achane had last season. Personally I have him QB1 since he can make all the throws, is a dynamic runner, protects the football and is a tape grinder.

The film watching aspect isn’t talked about enough, I’m glad you brought that up. He will be a great talent to watch develop in the league, hoping he hits his stride similar to CJ Stroud’s instant start.

He looked really good, considering he hasn't probably thrown this many balls since playing in college. You can see he got better as time went on.

He could tune a few things up, but I think he had a solid Pro Day overall. Some people weren’t happy at all, but I think his NFL Draft stock remains the same

Yeah with them not extending Dak it made it pop in my head but that’s my wild imagination talking lol. If I’m Jerry and I want to make a splash I trade Dak for a Top 3 pick and grab JD maybe let Trey Lance go until JD is ready. Idk, could be wild, maybe that’s why I’m not a GM

He missed all the long passes. i dont see nothing special about him. He is too small. RGIII 2.0 really. He doesnt protect himself when he runs with the ball. he is overhyped imho
