I’m not a fan of this Jaydes guy, but I when I saw he was locked up for murder I did see this little yt video about his case and I just thought he was a crazy weird kid with mental issues and that had just ruined his music carreer.But after seeing this video I’m sure he has a chance to be free. In Florida attempted murder 1st degree if convicted can be life in prison without possibility of parole, while 2nd degree is up to 15 yrs prison along with 15 yrs of probation and up to a $10,000 fine. The chick obviously has a fascination with self inflictions and blood and drugs so I’m sure that will play a big role in if he can get his charges lowered to maybe an aggravated assault or maybe even dismissed, which will depend heavily on who’s really being truthful in their case. Basically it’s her word against his, which is why we can’t blame the guy for fleeing the scene, knowing they more than likely always believe the woman when it’s a domestic violence type of 911 call. The lawyer is doing a good job and he has built up a nice case as to how to fight for his freedom. Also if he has no prior convictions believe it or not that helps out in a way, so I see no reason why he shouldn’t have a bond. Here in tx when you commit murder u get a Million dollar bond and you can get out by paying 10% . So with $100,000 you’ll be out fighting your case from the free. Only way you can’t receive bond is if you have a failure to appear ( missed court ) or a motion to revoke from your probation ( violated probation ) . Also these guys met at a mental hospital so they both obviously have problems, if he really is telling the truth he deserves to get this case dismissed and just learn from this and move on, not continue to be an idiot and surround himself with weirdos, rather people that are going to uplift you and help you become the best version of yourself.
