Particularly the Gorosei, they think of nothing of killing whole islands of people if it serves their agenda, especially if its Imu's command. Dragon has something in common with his enemies. But there are some people who actually believe that Dragon isn’t on edge because the WG (specifically from the CD’s and 5 Elder’s). Like bruh, if there were any talks to Luffy from Dragon before Water 7 they would’ve came a killed him to flex on Dragon. That’s how powerful the WG is. I would go farther as to say even with all his support, Luffy is able to take far greater risks than dragon because it’s only his dream (and maybe that of his friends) on the line. Dragon is shouldering the weight of trying to save the entire world, so even if he had the same support as Luffy, he just couldn’t afford to take those same chances (which usually come within an inch of death & disaster btw) because of how much is at stake.

Keep in mind Dragon didn’t even have a target for his “cut off the head of the world nobles” until Sabo got back from Marygeoise. Until he had that, there would be no point to even trying to move. But knowing about Imu, as well as having an idea of what they are actually capable of.

I agree with Jay the Rat, I'm mad at Oda for how he handled Dragon. At this point Oda is intentionally crashing Dragon stocks to buy all of them for a cheap price, only to then pump up the price. ODA IS THE MASTER OF MAKET MANIPULATION AND HE SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR IT.

15:15 Correction: Fisher Tiger never attacked ships. He only fought back against Marines that attacked the Sun Pirates trying to imprison and enslave them. He opposed the killing humans/marines even they are provoked. There was no need to defend themselves against Marines because under Jinbei he became a Warlord. Arlong was always a violent individual towards humans before Fisher Tiger's heroics. Fisher Tiger's death just amplified it.

I like the idea that Dragon cares about his revolution so much that he is heartless about everything else. He can send people to do his job but he does not get involved unless he has to. He probably not even going to fight the Holy Knights until the very end. At least Imu likes to destroy islands every now an then to show his power, Dragon just stays in the shadows. I don't think Luffy would like this because it makes Dragon look like a coward. Garp is a little bit like Dragon but he is also like Luffy because he would do anything to save his comrades, even if it means rebelling.
