Jay, I'm reluctant to setup domain forwarding for the following reason: I don't want some disgruntled cold email recipient going back to my main website and leaving a negative google review. I am a financial advisor, and much of my business is dependent on a pristine google review page. Have you ever heard of someone doing this? Am I being paranoid? Is domain forwarding actually that important?
@timm71284 күн бұрын
Yes, you are being paranoid in my opinion, also no matter forwarding or not if an outreach is connected with your brand they will find it and leave a bad review...that is the point. Since it is not a paid service or product you can flag it with google...Truth is though, people don't have the time to do this, they get so many emails everyday the worst they do is mark as spam. The best thing you can do I would say is carefully vet your email list and make sure not to accidentally send it to competitive firms...doing that it would be strategically smart to leave bad reviews.

Just set-up a basic landing page for your cold emails to forward to. It's not critical to forward, but some people will search your domain to see if you are legit and if it doesn't go anywhere they are going to be very suspicious.

Jay, do you think it’s smart for a beginning agency to purchase pre warmed emails or should they warm their emails gradually
@leadgenjay3 күн бұрын
I think its better to warm them yourself over one month.

Hey J couple of questions. whats your view on MXroute instead of google workspaces with instantly? also your view on a multi vps powerMTA setup vs instantly for high volume cold outreach?

Hi Jay, loved the video so so useful. Will reaching out to UK accounts from the instantly US IP address have an impact on deliverability?
@leadgenjay2 күн бұрын
Thanks brother. It shouldn't but you can ask Instantly in their help chat if you are worried about it.

25 mails means cold emails and warmup or what break then down per mailbox
@leadgenjay2 күн бұрын
Can you clarify what you are asking?
@praneethkumar11882 күн бұрын
I mean, the maximum number of emails that I can send from one mailbox which include the cold email and also the emails from the warm up, like 25 cold and 25 warmup total 50 per inbox
@leadgenjay2 күн бұрын
Yes, correct.

You mentioned previously in your videos that it’s mandatory to add a unsubscribe and mailing address at the bottom of the email. So is this still valid?
@leadgenjay3 күн бұрын
We are not putting unsub links anymore.

My editor put the wrong link in the subtitle. Change the "lay" to "jay" and should work.

How do I know if people marking my emails as spam is there a way to check it in specific
@leadgenjay3 күн бұрын
Try Google Postmaster.
@praneethkumar11883 күн бұрын
hey you say 5 mailboxes from 1 domain, 25 cold emails per inbox does it mean 25 cold and 25 warm total 50 per inbox and in the past you told to only use 3 mailbox per domain
@leadgenjay3 күн бұрын
1. Yes, you can do that. 2. For beginners it could be best to start with a lower number. Some experts recommend only 2 mailboxes. I am currently using 5 because I have a lot of experience cold emailing so it's less likely I will make a big mistake and get blacklisted.

22 minutes in and you don't include any kind of unsubscribe link or even language to unsubscribe...uh what? Maybe later you explain it but how are you avoiding those pesky FINES?!
@najeegilani3 күн бұрын
adding unsub link makes sure you land in spam. just do a 2 step email sequence and you're good.
