I lived in Hendersonville, TN. My best friends Dad was a music Exec in Nashville. He took us to meet Elvis around this time. We were 13. We died and went to heaven. He was the absolutely nicest, sweetest man to us. He talked to us so normal and had us talking to him like we didn't think we could. The highlight of our lives. He was amazing. He kissed our cheeks, took pictures, signed books, joked with us, an unforgettable experience. My picture burt in our house fire. I mourned that picture just as much as I did my babies pictures that were lost. ❤

There seem to be a LOT of people jumping on the bandwagon of doing Elvis reactions. You and a couple of others seem very sincere, really LISTEN to the music and appreciate it and Elvis. Thank you! Wasn't he something!!! Just for yourself, find a video of when he couldn't stop laughing during a performance. He liked to joke with or tease the audience. Singing, "Are You Lonesome Tonight", he changed the words in one part to "do you gaze at your bald head and wish you had hair". A man in the front row took his toupee off and waved it around! Elvis lost it, and then the female backup singer added to it. It is just wonderful!!!

Someone once said, There is Elvis and then everyone else! If you ever get to watch Elvis On Tour (1972) watch the fan reactions in the crowd. In this one instant a man and two women were sitting together. Not only did the women have glazed over eyes but the man did too! It was if they all were mesmerized, under a spell or something! Sometimes Elvis just didn’t seem human when he performed. God how I wished I could have seen him perform live!!!

Not many people know this but when Elvis do the hand movements he is actually playing a role like a conductor and leading the band, If you notice when he lowers his hands the band change the tone, The band focus on Elvis's movements because he is actually leading and directing them, He is so smooth and talented that no one notices what he is actually doing, He is not only singing on stage, He looks like he is dancing but actually he is dancing and conducting and singing all at the same time, Now you know why they call him the king of rock and roll, But to me he is the king of music

Elvis loved the blues and the Church music, he enjoyed from that of being a child singing with the Black musicians of who really became part of his style as an entertainer. Of course many other influences from many other musicians and entertainers.

When they played the Astrodome around 1970 or 1971. They told Elvis he could leave the black girls home and he told them if they didn't come he wasn't coming. And said they would get the preferential treatment just like the rest. If you look up Myrna Smith she was one of the sweet Inspirations on u tube. She tells all u need to know how wonderful a person he was. He was the best

It's amazing seeing him singing or how he interacts with the public. I remember hearing about his concerts before being asked to the Grand Ol' Opera, I love them so much. Country folks opera music. You should have seen his singing around people giving his sweaty silky wraps for his fans. I remember before getting on Las Vegas movie the movie show's Elvis for the genius he was to the musicians and back up singers they had nothing but love for Elvis. In the movie the casino getting ready for his show getting a call from a very rich Arabian who was told there were NO tickets available for that show. I think he asked the owner to make a larger area for the audience to be much more. I remember seeing concerts before going on Ed Sullivan and way later women would throw their panties on stage. Now with the show getting his passionate energy would make him want to have every pair connected to the woman in his dressing room. I've never heard anyone saying Elvis wasn't a sexual desire. I love seeing these performances to see how amazing that was
